The property was clean, quirky and homely which was just what we expected. We already knew the location well and there were plenty of shops, eateries and supermarkets. It was just what our family needed to be together in the evenings after a family bereavement. Jane was lovely, friendly and very responsive despite being abroad at the time. There was everything you could wish for provided and a great dining room with drinks fridge for eating together. Thanks Jane for letting us stay in your unique home.❤️

Second time staying here . Very convenient location. Spotlessly clean , comfortable and cosy , all amenities you could want and personal touches . Village shops close by , local walks and places to visit and used the nearby hotel for a spa session for £10. Birmingham close in distance and easy to get to .

Me and my family had a lovely weekend at the water mill, the place was beautiful inside and out with a rustic country feel. Debb was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our 3 year old son loved feeding the alpaca and thanks to Debb got to ride around the court yard on one of their toy tractors as well as having fresh eggs from the coup for his breakfast! All round brilliant relaxing weekend with amazing views and an amazing property.

We had a lovely stay. Felt right at home straight away, and the beds were very comfortable! Diane was responsive whenever we contacted her, would absolutely stay again.

Good location shops are a 2 min walk. very clean has everything you need!

This place was a massive 5/5. A family of 5, 3 of which had mobility problems. It had everything we could ever want in a fully accessible home and more! Beautiful house, lovely large garden which my dogs loved! Not too far from main shops and a big field at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Highly, highly recommend for anyone with a family member with mobility issues. I can’t thank you enough!

Our stay at Badgers Rest was nigh on perfect. With 6 adults and four kids under 5, the accommodation was spot on. Kevin and Sarah responded quickly when we needed them and we will be happy to re-book for a future stay.

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful barn conversion in Moreton while visiting for work. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and had a perfect balance of character and modern comfort. It was a peaceful retreat after a busy day, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The location was great—quiet yet convenient for getting around. The hosts were welcoming and ensured everything was just right. I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place and Hayley was so helpful! Stunning outdoor spa facilities and the barn was just perfect!! We had two children with us and they loved the outside grass space they could run around and play on! Will definitely be returning! 5* all round! 😊

We had a 3 night stay at the paddock lodge, on arrival we were greeted by Sara & were instantly made to feel welcome. The accommodation was amazing cosy & just what we were looking for everything was clean & perfect for us looking to be self catering. Beautiful surroundings to walk & sit on the patio watching the horse & chickens. I would definitely like to go back & stay again & highly recommend this accommodation thank you Sara & Phil.

Lovely place to stay - very well cleaned and in good condition throughout. The garden was great for my daughter and dog to play in and the hot tub was very welcome on a cold February evening. Fiona the host checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing to be aware of (which we knew when we booked, so this is not a complaint!), is that the property is a little isolated, there are no footpaths outside and the local village doesn't have a shop or pub so you need to drive to the next town for that. The flip side of that is that the house is right in the countryside, you can hear the birds singing and it really is a very relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful house and very comfortable. We had a wonderful Christmas week there. The Coach House was extremely clean with a fabulous kitchen and 3 very large bedrooms. Abbots Bromley is a delightful village with a lovely church, 4 pubs, Antlers Coffee House, which offers substantial food choices. A very good Indian restaurant called Infiniti and a small convenience store. Can easily walk to all. Would thoroughly recommend the Coach House.

Our 5th stay. Perfect again. We decided to drive 45 minutes further than we needed to so we could stay at Poppy’s Place to attend Crufts at the NEC. John and Teresa are the perfect hosts and we were thrilled that they were able to come and share our day at Crufts. Thank you so much for making this such a special stay. Steve, Sue and Ella

Hannah is a super helpful and thoughtful host. All the little things and more are added to make the stay completely lovely. A beautiful home with great extra touches. We stayed with our family, 2 small children and it was just ideal. Our toddler loved talking to Hannah and being shown things that would interest him. Very lovely all in all. Huge thank you x

What can I say! We rented the two cottages for a bodybuilding competition (my husband competes) at Telford international centre. I was looking for somewhere close to the centre that was peaceful , an easy place to do meal prepping etc and somewhere my husband was able to relax , and a place that could also be able to hold a large party as well as be a safe haven for our dogs. Foundry Cottages met all our needs and exceeded our expectations, Thank you Alice our host , your speeding replies and assistance was highly appreciated. The directions were perfect. Your properties were beautiful and all your guests said they had the best sleep in a long time in comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchens. We stayed 3 nights at Mary's place it was perfect for what we wanted and we were extremely pleased that Mary excepted our dogs with open arms. We travelled to NEC easily in 35 mins and found plenty of parks to run the dogs in around Leamington on our day there. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back another bonus for us it was only 20 mins away from family members.
