Ideal location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unit provided everything we needed for our stay very much recommend this apartment to anyone planning to travel to Rockport

We had some difficulty finding the apartment because our GPS took us to a different location. Gigi’s son was very helpful and responded quickly to my email to help us find the correct address. The apartment is centrally located and very cozy. It had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I was pleasantly surprised that when I asked about an item for the kitchen that we wished was there, but wasn’t totally necessary, a bag with the item showed up at the door. My husband said he wished there had been a comfortable arm chair for reading, but I found the sofa to be sufficient. The shower has excellent water pressure and the bed is comfortable. We visited in the winter and parking was free and readily available. In the busy season, this may not be the case. If a person has problems climbing steep stairs, this may not be the best place to stay. It was perfect for us (in our 70s and healthy). We’d suggest visiting in the fall. Many businesses close in the winter. Great rental!

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

Unit 33 was a lovely place for our family to stay over Christmas. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, in a convenient location with a beautiful ocean view. The communication from Susan was excellent, with very clear check in instructions. We felt our stay was a very good value.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

This place was great! Elyse was a wonderful communicator, flexible and responsive. The unit was just what we were hoping for- clean, ocean views, comfy furniture and the fact that they accept pets was a major plus. There are narrow stairs that you have to navigate but otherwise this place was perfect.

We stayed here for my mother’s 70th birthday weekend. The space was warm, comfortable and allowed for many friends to gather and celebrate. The kitchen was very well equipped with essentials and everything was appropriately labeled.

Beach front view, hot tub & a fire pit, hearing the waves crashing outside & seeing starry night sky was so relaxing, and exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. John & Carol were such an amazing host and so helpful to accommodate us if needed and there was open communication which made the experience even more comfortable. Their space felt so welcoming that we wished we had a longer weekend to be able to stay an extra day or 2. Highly recommend, honestly the view of the beach was amazing, local restaurants and marketplace within minutes away (no more than 8 min), everything we needed was all there. Thank you for having such a beautiful place for us to stay♡

Perfect location for everything you might want to do in Plymouth. Great restaurants are a short walk away, and so is the beach . The home is perfect—great private patio, a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, perfect for a quiet getaway or with guests. Keeping this place on my wishlist for future visits.

Beautiful home right on the water. Hot tub was amazing to watch sunset and take in the Boston skyline. Check In and check out was easy with clear instructions. Definitely would love to come back over the Summer or Fall.

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

Jenny was a wonderful host! Very proactive and responsive to questions. She made everything easy for us. Location was wonderful and place was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, safe, clean and beautiful single-family home. Impeccably clean. We loved the view of the Cove out back, especially in the winter time with the snow! Felt relaxing. Kitchen was beautiful and highly functional. Beds were comfortable. Family room was very cozy for activities or watching movies. HVAC worked properly and made the home comfortable. Laundry is in the basement and worked well. Neighbors were friendly. Ample parking for two vehicles. Boston got 4 inches of snow when we stayed and the snow removal person took care of steps and sidewalks and driveway completely in the morning. Star Market grocery is only 10 minutes away and has everything we needed. Home was well priced for our needs. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Boston area. Highly recommend!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! This little lake house was exactly what I needed—peaceful, cozy, and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind, drink coffee on the deck, and just soak in the quiet. The house itself was super clean . You can tell the host really puts thought into making guests feel welcome. The customer service was great—good communication, thoughtful touches, and just an overall warm and inviting experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting, this is it. I’m already looking forward to going back!

We were all very happy at Martin's place for a long weekend. The location on the lake is stunning with beautiful sunsets every night. The loft area in the house enchanted the 2 and 4 year olds among us as did the many interesting toys left behind for guests. Our dog adored the dog bed and treats left for him. The place also has many really interesting relics from times past. There were several state of the art appliances. The host/s were totally responsive, and we would go back and rent this house again!

Scott’s place was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the ocean view and the fireplace. This was our third trip to his place. He and his staff were communicative and friendly as always. Plymouth downtown has some nice restaurants and cafes as well. Thank you Scott. See you next time.

An amazing beachfront getaway! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunsets from the patio was a dream. Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

A fantastic way to spend a long fall weekend in Massachusetts. The apartment was cozy and convenient, and we loved exploring Rockport. Top tip: eat at Roy Moore’s. A lot.

Fantastic North End Location. 3BR condo is perfect for 3-4 people — kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated and well appointed. Spacious Open plan living room and dining space allow friends or family to easily hang out together — with nice views of the Boston Harbor activity. The building itself is older and there’s a steep two flight walk up to the condo. Beds were comfortable and owners are super communicative and really make sure your visit is successful!

This is the second time we stay at Zachary’s listing on Thanksgiving Parade day. We are hoping to make it a tradition as his place is luxurious, well outfitted with wonderful furnishings and an AMAZING location! Zachary was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend staying with him again!

The host was great with communication before during and after the stay. Cute place. The listing was accurate and I got a great deal for the off season. This would be a prime location during the regular season! I extended my stay and I wish I had time to extend again to explore more. The location is close enough to regular commercial areas if you need anything but also very very close to the shore and close enough in my car to look at Salem and surrounding areas.
