We had a wonderful stay at Double Down! The space was large and perfect for a huge family gathering. The kitchens were well-stocked and also had many beach items including towels and toys. The porches were extremely comfortable and welcoming to use as an extended gathering space. Outdoor furniture was conducive to welcoming a large group. Clarissa was very responsive and helpful. Any issue we had was resolved quickly and efficiently. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and shopping. We will be booking again!

What can I say about Anita's place..... Hands down, best host. Best place to be at the beach, with ALL the comforts of home! Spacious areas inside and out. Had everything from a fully stocked kitchen (including crock pot) to beach equipment, and a pack'n'play! Had everything we needed plus some! Anita herself was FANTASTIC! Very responsive, even though she too was on vacation herself, which says A LOT! She was always friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better house, host, or location! We have stayed at many other condos in the Sandestin resort, and this one is superior!

Nicole's place is just as described. We appreciated that it is in a quieter area yet still very close to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and having long conversations. Everything was spotless in the condo and the kitchen had what we needed to enjoy coffee, tea and cooking. We appreciated her guidebook for ideas of things to do and places to eat. The grouper that we ate at a couple of local restaurants was amazing! Nicole is an excellent communicator, letting us know things ahead of time and always responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at her place!

Connie's cottage was just as described in the pictures & her description. She was always available to answer questions. My family loved her art work she displayed throughout her home & outside. Incorporating her incredible paintings & glass masterpieces gave an eclectic/European feeling. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on with cotton sheets that were cool with a beautiful. Each room had its own t.v & plenty of room to relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Connie also left us with sparkling water & water bottles in the fridge. She also provided a small cooler along with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and lots of toys, everything we needed for the beach. Her home was at the end of the street which made it private. Pretty twinkling lights and decorative art work covered the porch & arch ways around the property. My family stayed 8 nights, it was such a blessing to have found Connie's lovely home!!

We loved this place! Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, and stocked well with supplies! The golf cart was our favorite part! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Our first time to the area so we didn't know what to expect. We thought Kim & Andy's place was a great place to stay in a beautiful area! We'd stay again for sure.

Our week-long stay at this property with two families (12 people in total) was extremely enjoyable. The house is impressively large and modernly decorated, with spacious bedrooms and en suites that provided plenty of privacy. Ample seating made it easy for everyone to gather comfortably. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the golf cart was a fantastic convenience for the short trip to the private beach. We also appreciated the beach chairs in the garage, especially since we flew in. The second floor was a hit thanks to the video games and air hockey. However, the third floor did have a noticeable odor from moisture, even with the dehumidifier in place. The pool was a highlight, being quite large and featuring a tanning ledge that was perfect for our toddler. Overall, the house, location, and amenities were great, and we would definitely recommend it!
