this place is absolutely amazing! perfect location right by the beach and in a nice quiet complex. inside was beautiful and exceptionally clean. pool and hot tub are nice too and the host is friendly and very quick to respond.

This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

Place was as described and so convenient! Came for Ironman Florida and the proximity helped so much to eliminate any further stress! Being on a low floor meant rarely waiting for an elevator when we were not bringing a lot to and from the condo! The views were not compromised at all on a low floor, and noise was never a problem. Comfortable beds and great pillows make all the difference between an OK and a great nights sleep, and this place had both!

This was a fantastic little spot for me and my partner! Very clean and homey, with nearby beach access. It was close enough to town to get there via scenic beach walk but still far enough away to feel cozy and out of the way. Lovely area, lovely vibe, and lovely place to stay! I wish we could have been there longer, but that's all the more reason to come back!

We had a great stay! Everything was great! Even the communication between us and the property manager! We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The days we were there it was a bit chilly so it was a nice surprise that the pool is heated! PCB is beautiful! Directly in front of the hotel, there’s a storm drain thats kind of an eye sore but otherwise it did not bother us. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, but John was very quick to respond and sent someone out quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this spot!

Great condo in a convenient location!

My girlfriend and I went to Debbie’s and it was great. She responded quickly. The beach was in walking distance and overall just a great place to stay definitely will be booking with her again.

Eileen’s place was very beautiful and clean. Everything looks just like the pics. More than enough room for me and my big family. Everything from the beach, to the pools, and some restaurants were walking distance. She was very responsive! Will visit again very soon! 10/10 would def recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was as in the description, comfortable bed, very clean and cozy, full kitchen, quiet environment, there is a short distance from the beach, I recommend.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. The pool was right out the back door and the beach was just a short stroll down the road. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beach accessories to use. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect. The unit is literally right on the beach and steps away from the pool and hot tub.

Loved it! We felt right at home. Maria was very responsive and the location of this place was beautiful! Close to everything and the beach is right outside! My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place! It was super spacious. The location is perfect, very easy walking distance from downtown Rosemary & Alys beach. The pool in the neighborhood completely blew us away - it felt like a resort style pool! And the beach access was right across the street. 10/10 experience

Studio was pristine, perfect size for our quick weekend getaway! I think it would also be great for a couple with smaller children. Great location very near the central hub of Rosemary. Easy to walk to the beach or catch the beach tram. So many great restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for being a great host!

We loved Cindy’s place at Pinnacle Port. Great location with easy access to the beach. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved the high top chairs nestled in corner for morning coffee and dolphin watching. The condo was beautiful and had everything needed for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Alex's condo! We were here for three nights and it was nice to be able to walk to a couple restaurants while also cooking some meals at the condo (Winn Dixie is right down the road). The place was very comfortable with a gorgeous view from the balcony -- the beach is very accessible, along with the heated pool. The beds were pretty comfy as well, and the apartment actually looks nicer than the pictures. It is quieter than staying at one of the resorts -- though you can hear when your neighbors shower or use the plumbing, it's not too bad. We had our 7-year-old with us and this place was nice for families, even during Spring Break.

We want to thank this family for allowing us to make memories in this beautiful home on the beach with our kids . Views were amazing , the sunset, the waves , and calm water !! Place is big and roomy and decorated very nice and heart warming . Chanda was a great host !!!

They thought of everything. They had storage space which contained everything you need for the beach. A cart, chairs, an umbrella and more. Super clean and the hosts were very responsive when I had questions. I would love to go back!

It was perfect for my family. Our 1 year old had plenty of space to play and we were in short walking distance from the beach!

Jourdyn’s condo was perfect for our family vacation! The location is amazing. Being right on the beach was so convenient and having the pool/jacuzzi just steps from the unit can’t be beat! The unit was also very well stocked with kitchen items, beach toys and games. We would definitely rent again!!
