This is such a lovely spot for peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. The home is just the right size for an individual or a couple and great if you have any little ones as they have a bunk room. The property itself is so nice. There is a huge deck and the waterfront is so relaxing. I honestly cannot think of a place I’ve stayed where I felt more at home. The big bonus for me was the adjoining property that has horses, and a goat, which were more than happy to eat apples and carrots! Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

Meredith’s home was very clean and in a great location! She was extremely quick to reply/communicate. We enjoyed our stay here very much and look forward to returning!

Great place for a big group. Sleeps 12 super comfortably. Super close to the beach! Just know the one closest is private- so you do have to travel a little farther (like 3mins) down to get to public beach. Will definitely be back!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

What a gem. 🩵 This was a favorite for me. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 2 blocks from PCB, which was a 5 min leisure stroll to the beautiful white sand. The house could not have been more perfect, clean, cozy, & private. I will be back. 🩵

This was our third time staying here on vacation! It feels like our little home away from home with all the comforts we have at our own house! The large fenced in yard and outside amenities are what keeps us coming back because it’s such a rare find so close to the beach! Close to everything and the host is the sweetest and most helpful! Can’t wait to come back again!

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

We had such a wonderful time in this home! The hosts were super responsive and helpful when we reach out for help. There are so many activities to do in the home itself including a small game of mini golf! We let the host know we were celebrating a Bachelorette party and they let the sweetest surprise for the bride-to-be! The home is very close to Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach which is definitely worth a visit! We would 100% stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!! Took my family of 3 (1 year old son) . We loved the views from the balcony. The sunset was beautiful every night. Walking distance to everything we needed (restaurants, pier park, etc). Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again .

The price was amazing for this location, we went to several local beaches all within a 15 minute drive. Great local eateries recommended by host. The property was super equipped, it felt like staying at a thoughtful family members home. We were very well cared for and would book again. John’s place was perfect for our quick trip. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. Our condo was clean and stocked with enough essentials for a family of 4. The building and amenities were clean. It was nice to see staff onsite taking care of the property grounds. Also, really appreciated the fast elevators!

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

If you’re reading this review, just go ahead and book this place. Beautiful and right across the street from the beach access, the house had everything we needed. We stayed with our 2 year old and everything was perfect! We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

We had an enjoyable time. Great walkable location with restaurants and activities and a short drive or shuttle to private beach. The condo was as pictured and made for a wonderful stay and a home base for travel to the local area and nearby communities and attractions.

This location more than served its purpose for my fishing trip. It was near a boat ramp and I liked the isolated nature of the cabin. I really only had a few issues with the place: -the pull out couch is almost unusable and very uncomfortable. -you have to share some amentities with the other cabins, the grill is one example. This was not an issue for us because the neighbors were very friendly and not on our schedule. Overall, this spot was great and would recommend for trips like mine with just a few adults that need a place to sleep. I would definitely come back.

What a great place! We had a fantastic stay. Sabrina's place is very private and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. A nice romantic getaway or family friendly break from the chaos would suit this place well. There is plenty to do outside with a great outdoor area including a volleyball net. The fire pit is great for a chilly night or evening snacks. I highly recommend! I will stay here again.

We took our 4yr old to celebrate his birthday and to fish. It was a great time and the cabin was so thoughtfully decorated. It really had a cozy homey feeling. My son is already asking when we can go back.

Der Urlaub war einfach großartig. Wir konnten ganz toll relaxen. Es war genügend Platz für uns, 2 erwachsene ein Teenager und ein Hund. Der See ist gleich den Weg runter und mit dem boot kann man raus fahren zum angeln. Donna und Jay waren immer zu erreichen und super nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert.

The place felt like a warm hug after a busy lead up to Christmas. It was perfectly situated in the forest. I enjoyed the time to decompress and relax and loved that it allowed dogs! I loved the open layout and the views out the window - watching the robins eat the red berries in the trees outside was very entertaining. Everything smelled fresh and clean and I couldn’t complain about anything.

What kind & accommodating hosts, very family friendly just great people 😋 Such a quiet peaceful cabin & if you like Horses you will love staying here, I highly recommend this little getaway in beautiful nature
