We will definitely book this condo again! It was bright, cheery, CLEAN and well equipped! The location is as close to being on the beach as can be without being on the beach. We clocked it at an easy, lovely, peaceful 3 minutes! Our pool is fabulous! The property staff were friendly and helpful. The resort has so much to explore and enjoy. We always felt safe and anyone we encountered was so friendly!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view from the 29th floor is breathtaking! Communication with Keith was seamless. He left clear instructions on everything. Check in was a breeze. There was even a welcome basket with wine, popcorn and candy.💗 There were extra beach towels to use in case you forgot yours. There were condiments in the fridge, seasonings in the cabinets and great quality pans to cook in. The bed was super comfy and clean too! Overall the condo was a 10 outta 10. I will definitely be visiting this Air Bnb again.😊

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

We stayed for a week. Any time we had any question Ashley was friendly and quick to respond. Having the golf cart made going to the beach and near by stores fun.

This is the second year I’ve stayed at John and Angela’s condo. So easy to communicate, very professional and the condo is amazing. Lots of restaurants and shops to keep us busy and really enjoyed the pool. Hope to get this condo again next year!

We absolutely loved this house and location!! So close to the beach, large yard, and super walkable neighborhood. The hosts were great and went above and beyond making sure our stay was wonderful. A wonderful stay at Heather’s. My parents (ages 77 and 73) came along with my family and I for spring break. I have two boys (ages 6.5 and 3). The house was great for older people with it being one level. The boys LOVED the pond in the back as they got to see turtles every day from the kitchen window. Having the golf cart was awesome when we wanted to go to Baytowne Warf and the beach. Baytowne Warf is the neatest place. So many restaurants, stores and fun things for the kids to do. We got ice cream there every night ☺️ In the evenings there are fun events there as well. It’s just so cool. I’m a person that asks a lot of questions and Heather was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Great host and the home was conveniently located to beaches and local restaurants. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and all the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely rent again in the future! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and quiet home during our Florida vacation. The location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Rebecca was an amazing host—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The golf cart was a fantastic bonus, making our beach outings and dining experiences even more memorable. We will definitely return if Rebecca will have us!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. The home was absolutely gorgeous and my only regret is that we didn’t really use the peaceful outdoor space, to include the fire pit, that much. The home was super clean, beautifully decorated, extremely spacious and comfortable, and it had all the essentials to include toiletries, lots of paper goods, cleaning/laundry, and cooking supplies. The host was very communicative and we had no issues whatsoever. The beach was just a super short walk from the home and absolutely beautiful. Lastly, we loved the movie/game room downstairs. So many wonderful memories were made in this home and if we are ever back in the Destin area, we would love to stay here again.

Place was great and served my family of 6 very well (2 adults and 4 young kids). The location is pretty awesome, very convenient for a variety of things. The golf cart is another bonus, was very nice to be able to zip around and explore and it’s just a short drive to Walton dunes beach.

We couldn't have loved our stay anymore! Charla was a phenomenal host. The place was absolutely beautiful. We're planning to come back next year and WILL MOST DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you so much for having us. It was truly perfect.

Loved to balcony - off the bedroom and the living room - to hear the waves is what I come to the beach for and it was perfect! You can see the sunsets, too! We enjoyed our stay in Mike’s place, it was spacious and had everything we needed. Exactly as advertised. The condo’s have a Starbucks, 2 outdoor pools, a nice gym, and an indoor pool - we enjoyed the outdoor pool that has a DJ playing music on Friday and Saturday - was lots of fun! We also enjoyed the small restaurant there in the condos… the food was good and it was convenient to just go downstairs for breakfast instead of trying to go out to eat with everyone waking up at different times. You can also cook in the condo, of course. I enjoyed the draft beer at restaurant, too. That’s a nice touch to be able to have a beer by the pool right before going to dinner. You’re not very far from pier park, too- we walked along the beach to go there… about 1/2 mile I think. Great place to stay for a Panama City vacation!

Amy’s place was amazing! Easy check in and out with a beautiful view!!! Plenty of room and the bunk bed room was a hit even with my teenager! I wouldn’t recommend walking to pier park as there is a bit on construction but, it’s a very short drive. Amy was quick to respond to my questions, gave us wonderful recommendations on things in the area and even allowed an early check in! It was a great get away!!!

Jill's place is amazing! The view is absolutely unbelievable! We loved it and the pics do not do it justice. Place was clean and had easy access. Literally steps from the beach. My 94-year-old Mom loved the fact that she had an amazing front row seat to sunset, that it was so close to great restaurants, and it was near her favorite jewelry store in Pier Park. I promise you will not be disappointed. We are planning a trip back here again! Thank you for the hospitality! Kelly
