Beautiful home in Panama City Beach!! Lots of room for our family of 5. Beautiful location within walking distance to the beach. Lots of other things to do and restaurants near Pier Park which is very close by. Kids loved the hot tub. Everything was just as described- very clean home and well stocked kitchen. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us!!

We took our kids and grandkids for a week and had a blast! Denise answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in taking care of us! She deserves the 5 star rating!!! We had a flat on the golf cart while we were out having lunch and it was fixed before we were finished with our food.

As a Superhost myself I wanted to take my daughters to a place we never been and chose this location and this listing . And I couldn't have picked a better place very clean , up to date , great amenities even the 70" tv had all the add ons , Netflix YouTube Tv, the Jacuzzi tub outdoors was the Best ,, we grilled and loved the golf cart included to ! Awesome place !! Book it now !

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

Awesome place, beautiful, and very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Very nice neighborhood. Brad and Lisa were super flexible with checking. I recommend this place 100% and we will stay here again. Thanks so much!

Had a great stay at 19 Charming Way in Santa Rosa Beach FL. David was very responsive and easy to work with. Ended up extending our stay an extra day. Listing says beach essentials which is mostly accurate. Included golf cart was a huge plus for ferrying our stuff to/from the local beach access (has golf cart parking). Walk to the beach was only 3 minutes. Great location and food options only minutes away. Hot tub made it easy to relax at night and wind down.

The house is great for a bigger group and was stocked with everything we needed. It was in a perfect location with access to the beach via a short walk, as well as the Peddlers Pavillion area for bike rental, shops, music, dining and more! We love this area so much and had a wonderful time at this house!

Nhu was a great host! Very responsive and helpful! House was just as listed! Great pool, jacuzzi and location! Would definitely book again! The family had a great time. Only regret is we had to go home. Thanks again Nhu!

Easy check in and check out, very clean, close walk to the beach

My girls and I had a wonderful stay. Parking for the beach access is very close by and area to shower off after being at the beach. The property is so quiet and full of trees. The unit also has tennis and pickleball stuff if you’re into that. Renda was awesome and extremely helpful during our stay! 100% recommend!!

Richard was awesome! He was crazy fast at responding and helpful with any questions/requests we had! We loved staying at his place which was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and super convenient to the beach. What a steal!!!

Great home. The golf carts are convenient. Only a few minutes drive to get to the beach access and there’s multiple public beach accesses within a 20 minute drive if you don’t want the Sandestin beach. If you’re going to do inflatables on the water, pay for Sandestin’s both more value and better inflatables than Crab islands offering. House was spacious. One room has no closet but has a large dresser. Master has a very large walk in closet. The loft space with two beds is great space for kids. House had everything we needed. There’s a closet to store your beach toys. The closet also holds any toys that have been left behind. Including a beach wagon. So great to have this for families. Pool is a short walk away. Large pantry to store all your food and snacks for the week. There’s a small back porch with seating for 3 and a grill. Looks over a water channel filled with lily pads and frogs. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The heated pool was wonderful and host was very responsive.
