Within a minute of walking in the front door, our kids exclaimed that this was their “favorite beach house ever!” Needless to say, we will definitely be back! Beachfront II is such a special spot - very laid back, easy to get to the beach, fantastic pool (heated) and hot tub, family friendly, near everything - but this was hands down our favorite unit we’ve stayed at here. The condo was pristine - from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a stunning ocean view (as a corner unit, this is the closest to the beach and has a great view) - and stylish, new, comfy, and clean furniture and decor. Carter is also an amazing host - so easy to communicate with, and very obviously takes pride in this condo. There isn’t a thing we’d change! Thank you for having us, Carter - we will be back!!!!

Rene's place was excellent. Access to the beach was super easy and a 2 minute walk with no stairs to access the beach. Grounds were very well maintained and nice. Stores and a couple restaurants were within walking distance. Could not have asked for a better setup for 2 people.

Excellent stay for the price! Loved the close proximity to the state park for the trails, and also quick drive to Rosemary and Alys beach. Room is very nice for the price with modern updates and a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and porch. Will stay again!

Great condo in a convenient location!

My girlfriend and I went to Debbie’s and it was great. She responded quickly. The beach was in walking distance and overall just a great place to stay definitely will be booking with her again.

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Great location and a lovely, well-equipped condo just a short walk from several beach access points, restaurants and shops. Very clean, quiet, and just as described. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Kelly’s place was exactly what we expected! Great little space for a weekend get away. Right across from the public beach access and walkable to Seaside and many restaurants. Be aware that the upstairs neighbors (I believe they live there full time) had a stampede all hours of the day and night. They were especially “active” in the early am - yes, you can hear everything. We didn’t let this ruin our trip but next time we will be packing some ear plugs!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for Spring Break. The house was bigger than expected - great for a large group. The photos in the listing didn’t exactly match reality, but this was a pleasant surprise. There were two king size beds rather than only one, and an entire bunk room for the kids. We were able to spread out and relax. House is well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well appointed overall, and we cooked dinner at the house multiple nights. Nice, quiet neighborhood with numerous nearby beach access points. The golf cart made it a breeze to get back and forth. Tons of beach toys and boogie boards were in the garage. The only downside we ran into was an issue with the fire place not igniting, but they did come out and try to get it working. There are a couple of cameras out front that the management team doesn’t seem to be aware of, which we noted for privacy. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

Our family gathered here for a few days. It was the perfect home base that allowed for great togetherness while also giving everyone enough room to escape as needed. The kids loved the pool! The kids and adults loved the outdoor showers! Emily was always responsive with any questions. This place is a real gem & super affordable. Elegant finishes, nice, clean linens, and super comfortable and stylish all at the same time. We would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Great place close to the beach access! King beds in 3 rooms with private en-suite bathrooms was really nice to have. My elderly mom stayed in the king downstairs and the house was easy for her to navigate downstairs. The golf cart also made it easy getting to the beach and back! This house is right next to the pool also. The hosts were very responsive. The only thing I would add is bring oils, spices and extra TP/ trash bags/soap for bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and walks to beach at night for sunset. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!

Perfect family beach getaway for our family! Everything was exactly as expected. The hosts were some of the best we have ever had. Quick responses on anything needed. We had a wonderful time!

Renda is so kinda and such a great host! She was very communicative when I asked all of my many questions! Her place was beautiful and exactly what we expected. So many amenities that exceeded my expectations!! We loved it and definitely would stay again!

This place was awesome! Great location, walkable to beach and restaurants. Neighborhood is really cute and dog friendly. The house is cool and the porch and deck were really nice. The only thing I would caution is this might not be the best house if you have a crazy toddler. There is 3 doors downstairs that lead to the outside and two doors upstairs that lead a deck. My mischievous 2 year old attempted to escape several times. But with littler children or older children this place is a dream. Would 10/10 come back here. Just might bring the child door locks with me lol.

This was a great location. There were a bunch of restaurants and a store downstairs. She was very responsive and hospitable.

Cassie’s place was wonderful. My family and I had an amazing vacation here. A few things that stood out to me are: It’s right across the street from the beach, they had everything from all the sand toys to chairs, even a wagon! We did bring our own beach towels (they give very clear instructions and information that let me I would need to bring my own). Never had to wait on a response or ask for instructions, very attentive. The pool and hot tub were great. There is two full bathtubs, the master bedroom bath tub is a huge deep tub and was perfect. You are only allowed one car and will need to reserve parking for any others. There’s a lot just about a block away you can park at (included in the information and instructions). Would absolutely stay again.

This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend a weekend. It was beautiful and enough room for us! It was super clean and it looked just like the pictures. Nick was a great host. He was very welcoming and his instructions were very clear and easy. Thanks Nick, would love to stay here again.

Staying was great everything was very nice far as the place , parking and stores , restaurants was very convenient, only issue was the people hanging out late at night making lots of noise, but a really great place I would definitely recommend it to others.

The place was so nice , it looked just like the pictures. The living room area is spacious and the kitchen is super pretty. Everybody around is friendly and the beach is right across the street.

I loved staying here!!! Super clean and peaceful. It had a public beach access close by and getting to the beach was extremely easy. The TV is great for movie nights and the kitchen was so fun to cook in. The pool was great too! There’s a coffee shop and yoga studio directly next to the airbnb. And there’s lots to do within walking distance. Absolutely no complaints- except maybe to add chairs on the balcony. The space was so cozy and I felt completely at home. 10/10!!!

Theresa’s place is an excellent option for a couple. Clean and comfortable. Very well equipped, without being cluttered. Perfect location on the fourth floor. Great view from the balcony. We plan on staying here again on our return to the area.
