This is our 4th or 5th time staying in Carillon and the Barefoot Bungalow may just be our new favorite! Plenty of room for our family of four, a close walk to the beach, and a gated community made for a relaxing, fun beach vacation! So many restaurants near by without the crowds of Rosemary and Seagrove! The condo was clean and had the perfect amenities for us to feel at home! We will absolutely be back!!

We had a great stay in Alex's condo! We were here for three nights and it was nice to be able to walk to a couple restaurants while also cooking some meals at the condo (Winn Dixie is right down the road). The place was very comfortable with a gorgeous view from the balcony -- the beach is very accessible, along with the heated pool. The beds were pretty comfy as well, and the apartment actually looks nicer than the pictures. It is quieter than staying at one of the resorts -- though you can hear when your neighbors shower or use the plumbing, it's not too bad. We had our 7-year-old with us and this place was nice for families, even during Spring Break.

This is a five star plus Condo… Everything looks absolutely like the pictures. Amazing views, great location, easy to get to many restaurants and shopping and Pier Park! Look forward to going back and staying again… Highly recommend specially for people with families… Having a highchair was awesome! You do need to pack a little bit of patience with the elevator. It's a very large resort with a lot of people, especially around check-in and checkout time, but it would not stop me from staying again.

We loved this condo & the view! 😍 Being on the second floor & having the elevator that only goes floors 1/3 was amazing. Lots of things to do within walking distance. We hope to make it back to this location soon!

Words can not describe how amazing our visit was! Where do I start… beds were super comfortable, spectacular view and ability to walk the beach and run in the community. The kitchen was perfect - it had everything you need without being cluttered. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Amazing two floor layout and amazing location. The decor was beach vibe, not over done, just so tasteful. There is also a work out room and pool in the building. The pool is half indoor / half outdoor and when the dividing door was open starting Feb 1, it was superb to swim in a heated pool and look out at the beach. Stores nearby and great restaurants at Rosemary Beach. I could go on and on… worth every moment and grateful to San for sharing her special place by the beach!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view from the 29th floor is breathtaking! Communication with Keith was seamless. He left clear instructions on everything. Check in was a breeze. There was even a welcome basket with wine, popcorn and candy.💗 There were extra beach towels to use in case you forgot yours. There were condiments in the fridge, seasonings in the cabinets and great quality pans to cook in. The bed was super comfy and clean too! Overall the condo was a 10 outta 10. I will definitely be visiting this Air Bnb again.😊

Loved Danielle's place! So beautiful and relaxing - felt at home immediately. Simply couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our week at the beach. Absolutely recommend her place, just can't say enough good things - it was well above our expectations.

Nitish place was excellent and better the pictures online does no justice for up close and in person. The views are amazing, check in was smooth easy breezy. We would return back and recommend it to others very top tier.

Jill's place is amazing! The view is absolutely unbelievable! We loved it and the pics do not do it justice. Place was clean and had easy access. Literally steps from the beach. My 94-year-old Mom loved the fact that she had an amazing front row seat to sunset, that it was so close to great restaurants, and it was near her favorite jewelry store in Pier Park. I promise you will not be disappointed. We are planning a trip back here again! Thank you for the hospitality! Kelly

Jon and Teresa’s place was a great! It was walking distance from Pier Park and the Sky Wheel. Jon was very helpful with everything and if you needed anything and reached out he was quick to answer a call or respond to a message! I would highly recommend staying here! We will most definitely be back!

Russell is an excellent host, always ready to help to keep our visit with high service. Very fast to bring support and very kind.

Great views! Self check in. Clean well equipped condo. Great location away from all the hustle & bustle. Quiet area. Emerald Isle is a great place to stay. Easy in/out and a side street to Back Beach Rd. Have stayed @ Emerald Isle many times & will continue to stay here in the future.

Really enjoyed my stay very peaceful only thing that ignored me was the elevators forgot it was spring break lol so the wait was long but everything else was wonderful definitely would stay again

We love Pinnacle Port and this unit was perfect for me family. Very easy to use, everything you need in the kitchen, lots of seating in living room, comfortable. We will look to stay here again next year!

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

Beautiful, completely updated condo! Everything was very clean and decorated amazingly. This unit has a gorgeous ocean view, easy beach access, and two awesome pools. We have stayed at Dunes of Seagrove multiple times and this condo was by far the nicest. Great location on 30A, also. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to stay at this condo again!

Beautiful home. My family and I rented a golf cart and did not touch our vehicles for a week. Stunning neighborhood, pool is just steps away, the beach path is right outside the door. Great places to eat. John was extra helpful and always responsive. I will definitely visit again.

My family and I had a great stay .Everything was as pictured in the photos. There was no toilet paper when we had arrived in the bathroom, but Danielle was quick to get it ordered for us. It was there at our door in less than 15 minutes after requesting it. The only other thing was the dock really was an accessible or we couldn’t figure out how to get to the dock but it was literally right across the street. There’s so many restaurants around Seaside is about a 10 to 15 minute drive from the house. Miramar Beach is about 10 minutes from the house. Destin is about a 15 to 25 minute drive depending on traffic. This house was perfect for our family for everything was eat and clean. I have a TikTok video of our stay in the home

It was a gr e a t experience all around, except for the text on day of arrival telli g me about ac not working. It was well worth the money and memories.

We loved staying here! We loved that there were multiple balconies so we could choose our view or how much sun we wanted. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was also comfortable. I personally liked the cute beach decor and felt very relaxed in the space. The heated pool was also very nice!!! the Temps outside were in the upper 50s so I was surprised that the pool felt more like bath water! Would definitely stay here again!
