Ron and Yolie went absolutely beyond our expectations. To begin with, Ron was very communicative, friendly, and helpful when it came to any questions that we had. We were greeted with a sweet little gift when we arrived which we are so grateful for. The space was clean, had plenty of amenities, and was in a great location walking distance from the beach. We absolutely adored staying here and will be back in the future!

This was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, well stocked with starter supplies and convenient location to many of the nearby charming towns. We will certainly look to book this place again!

Our family evacuated Tampa due to hurricane Milton and was able to book Kristi’s Airbnb pretty last minute. Kristi was an amazing host making sure that we were okay and had everything we needed at the house as we were traveling with two young children and pets. The house was perfect, clean and comfy. The best part however, was just how amazing, proactive and communicative Kristi was throughout our stay. Will 100% be staying with her again next time we are in PCB.

We had a great week at Alecia’s place! The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The proximity to the beach is perfect. We’d load up our wagon and set up for the day. Anytime we needed something from the townhouse it was a quick walk back. Great communication from Alecia as well. We would definitely stay again.

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

The place was perfect, two story unit with bedrooms and baths on 2nd floor. Bathroom on first floor, great living area, very well appointed with necessities. very close to the beach. i will definitely stay there again

We’ve stayed at all types of places on 30A—condos, beachside resorts, homes—and this place was our absolute favorite. Beautiful house, incredible location, and great amenities. We loved the golf cart for the short trek to the beach, the quick walk to the Hub, and my daughter and I enjoyed taking the bikes to Alys Beach for breakfast. The added bonus for us was having the Tesla charger to easily charge our car. Kristy was a very responsive and welcoming host. We will definitely look to stay here again!

This was our first visit to 30A and this location was perfect! The place was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable with relaxing ocean views! Just steps to private beach access! The host was responsive and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I felt right at home. It was so welcoming and beautifully decorated. We loved how easy it was to get to the pool and The Bug Chill.

Location was fantastic and easy 2 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and stores very close to walk to. Only complaint would be the cable was out while we was there (not there fault) Also no garbage bags and with 4 kids we had alooooot of garbage. Would stay again The host was very responsive.

We loved staying here. The house was exactly as described. David was friendly and helpful and we would love to come back. Stay here the next time you want to visit those beautiful gulf coast beaches.

Just incredible! Arrived after dark but they made sure to have lights on for us, exceptional location just steps, literally steps from the pristine private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous, modern, immaculate condo with first class touches throughout. If we visit the gulf again, and we will, this would be the only place we’d stay! Thank you😁😎

Neals place on the bay was freaking amazing! Peaceful, relaxing and the ambiance was just fabulous. I will definitely be booking this place again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Costal Soul. The place was very neatly cleaned and had all amenities we needed to make the most of our stay. The bunk room is perfect for children, and the suites were nothing short of perfect. The bikes were wonderful to take in the scenery around 30A, and the golf cart was easy transportation to the beach and entertainment. The communication with Pam was exceptional. She was there to answer any questions and provide guidance when we needed it. Safe to say we will have to stay again!

This was an amazing place to stay! The view we had to the lake was beautiful. It was very clean when we first arrived and check in was super easy! We enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely be back!

We were excited to get a beautiful place close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were lovely. One of the stove burners would not work for me. That was the only thing that I could not do. Loved the refrigerator, dish washer and the food pantry. The kingsized bed was awesome too. The XL TV was so much fun to watch. Jillian was wonderful about letting us add some channels to the TV and we were able to pay for them through the rental agent. Thank you again. Judy

Very comfortable and updated condo. We enjoyed staying here very much. Right near the main pools and hottub but also very quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful, relaxing place to stay! I have been to places that didn't have any amenities. ( sheets, towels, toiletries etc.) This place has everything...beach towels, everything for the beach, pack and play, several hairdryers and curling irons. All the basic amenities and above and beyond that. The walking trails in neighborhood are so fun! Would love to go back again!

Great stay over Spring Break with teenagers. Golf cart and bikes were in garage and ready to go when we arrived, and the location is central so we never had to really use our car at all. Townhouse was well equipped with kitchen/bathroom/beach items. Plenty of room for us all. Lots of families and pets-so very family friendly location. Can walk to the Big Chill for food, drinks, and coffee which was very convenient. Close enough to bike to Rosemary Beach shopping area, so didn’t have to worry about traffic. Really great pizza close by at Bruno’s. Chip gave us daily tide reports and was always available by text. Has no issues at all. Highly recommend.

Ashley is great and very responsive. This place is beautiful and right on the beach. Great for large gatherings.
