We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The views were stunning, and the price was great for the location. It was a short less than 5 minute walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making the experience even better! The place itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Our experience was amazing! This is the place to book if you're visiting Panama City Beach, it's right in the center of the action, and it is very spacious! Would definitely recommend this place!

Words can not describe how amazing our visit was! Where do I start… beds were super comfortable, spectacular view and ability to walk the beach and run in the community. The kitchen was perfect - it had everything you need without being cluttered. Bathrooms had great water pressure. Amazing two floor layout and amazing location. The decor was beach vibe, not over done, just so tasteful. There is also a work out room and pool in the building. The pool is half indoor / half outdoor and when the dividing door was open starting Feb 1, it was superb to swim in a heated pool and look out at the beach. Stores nearby and great restaurants at Rosemary Beach. I could go on and on… worth every moment and grateful to San for sharing her special place by the beach!

What a fabulous place and host! A beautiful, spacious, clean, well appointed condo with plenty of space for a large family vacation and amazing views. Nicole is a wonderful host! Super accommodating, responsive & helpful!

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I ended up staying in this condo by myself for the month of January. Never once did I feel in any way unsafe. I found the unit to be exactly as described, with an AMAZING view (from the 20th floor!) of the Gulf from the balcony, where I spent every morning having coffee and enjoying the start of my day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all my kitchen needs. I did bring a couple appliances that I cannot do without, but otherwise all I needed was there. The condo is clear of clutter, was immaculately clean when I arrived, and was quite comfortable. I did have a couple of visitors throughout the month and they each said how comfortable their bed was. Tidewater Resort seems to be very well operated, able to help with any concern I might have had (which was virtually none). I had no issue with long waits at the elevator banks (as I read in some of the reviews), but I was there in January, a very slow time in PCB. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the best place we have stayed in 30A! It is so nice, new, clean and cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is an awesome private dock right out the back door. The wonderful oaks around the house make it feel like you’re in a treehouse! Ann could not have been more helpful. We loved it!

My family and I had a great stay here over July 4th weekend. The house is super comfortable and spacious for a large group while also providing nice privacy across the different floors. The location is perfect, walking distance to a nice pool/beautiful beach and a short drive to all the nearby beach towns. Would love to stay here again someday!

Host Eddie outdid himself. We have never had such a responsive and proactive host before - true gentleman that made it easy, and welcoming for our family. The house is in a perfect location. Situated on Big redfish lake, we loved the ability to take our paddle boards and kayaks right off the back down and paddle each day to our favorite (not crowded) beach spot. You can also walk to the beach very easily to one of the best beach spots in all of 30A. House was extremely clean, with LOTS of room. Great for a family of 4, with room to add if needed. Porch was our favorite spot in mornings and evenings. Kitchen was well appointed, with again, lots of space for our groceries, and ability to cook 2 meals a day. Washer and dryer perfect and convenient in the kitchen. What else was great was the access to back porch or front door (with wash hose right there for after the beach). We look forward to returning again and living the best life on big redfish lake! Thanks Eddie!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Perfect for our 3 kids, with such a quick walk to the beach. The dock was so fun to watch fireworks during 4th of July. We loved eating dinners on the porch, and hanging out playing cornhole.

Such a lovely stay! The house was immaculate. So beautiful and incredibly clean. We loved staying at this home and it will be our top choice for when we come for our next visit. Location couldn’t be better. You get the Watercolor amenities and Seaside town area is in walking distance (even walking distance with small children.) So close! Couldn’t have picked a better home or location. Lovely!

An absolutely stunning home. I had a fantastic stay at The Eden House! The host was exceptional—friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The home itself is stunning, with a beautiful view of the bay that was truly a highlight. The space was also impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend Eden House for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway.

I have to say that this condo has everything and more. It looks like the pictures beautiful. The location is very private. There are so many things to do in the resort like golf, swim in the many pools, tennis, and basketball. I had teenage boys with me and they always had something to do! The host was always a phone call away and very responsive. I will definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

They were great to work with. Little trouble with the hot tub but not their fault it was switched to economy mode but they had the repair guy out right away until it was fixed. Really great with lots of plates and silverware and beach toys. Bunch of little things that make it nicer and easier for a stay. Thank you!

What a wonderful condo! The unit was perfect in every way! Clean, super comfortable beds, and a view that could not be beat!!! Updated to perfection! It was so nice to have the dedicated beach chairs and umbrellas and the chair service fellas were super nice! It was also very convenient to have a dedicated parking spot. Thank you 30A Beach Girls for a great 20th anniversary vacation!!

This condo is absolutely amazing! It is very clean and beautifully decorated! From the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms to the extremely comfortable beds, it exceeded our expectations. My stay at Tidewater in Panama City Beach was nothing short of incredible! The condo was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, with stunning sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. The location was unbeatable! It was so convenient to have easy access to the beach, and being close to great restaurants and local attractions made exploring effortless. Pier Park was just minutes away, along with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, friendly, and ensured everything went smoothly. Check-in was a breeze, and everything about the stay was stress-free. Though I didn’t take full advantage, the resort amenities were great and staff super friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking here again next time I’m in PCB. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view! Location was great and met all our needs. One night I even walked to the pier and it was super quick and easy, Pier park is always a must and senior frogs down the street is always a fun time! Beds were very comfortable, primary room is huge! Overall very spacious condo. Extra towels and pillows throughout, loved having extra soap, shampoo/condition, dish cleaner, everything we needed was conveniently stocked for us. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was nice and clean for our arrival.. Host was responsive from booking to check out, Great amenities and elevators were all working (PCB resorts always have these elevator problems, and we didn’t at tidewater so that was nice) check in was easy, parking was a bit confusing at first but then we got the hang of it, there were clear instructions throughout.. so just make sure to read everything, overall would stay here again, Absolutely beautiful sunsets!!

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

After a tough week of “real life” we booked a last minute getaway and felt like we hit the jackpot finding this condo! Condo was even better than pictured and we loved the location in the building and on PCB. Check in instructions were very clear and easy, which was great since this was such a last minute adventure for us. It inspired us to do this more often and we hope to stay again here in the future! We felt well taken care of and prepared despite booking, packing, and hitting the road within an hour!
