When I first saw the place on the website it was amazing . When I actually got to the house in person it was gorgeous. I was very impressed, I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Abnb . Beautiful we shall be back soon, we have family members in Atlanta normally we do a hotel. It was pleasant and it felt just like home and I would recommend her to anyone as well as when I come back into Atlanta I will definitely make sure to give her dates ahead of time cause I will be returning

We had a great time staying here during our visit. It’s conveniently located to multiple restaurants, stores, highways. House was beautifully maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious and updated, great deck for hanging outside. Will recommend and will be back!

The place was beautiful.Tierra very quick with a refrigerator situation. Brought a new refrigerator within hours. Very helpful and very quick at response responses. this place is a must have on your vacation. everything was clean the house is beautiful and so peaceful. I will definitely visit again in the near future if it’s still available.

The house was beautiful 5 minutes from the downtown area. Realistically we probably could have walked if we weren’t lazy. Best of all the host was great! Gave recommendations and even told us some tips on how to get on a tour that was sold out. Ultimately it was a great house, great host and a great trip. Will definitely be back.

I have trouble feeling at home when away from home…but not here. The home was clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. It was overall just comfortable which says a lot. Ilya checked in on us to ensure we had all that we needed, which wasn’t necessary since we had more than we needed. This home provided important details that many other Air BnBs haven’t in the past, such as extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We would most certainly stay in Ilya’s Air Bnb again. Thanks for having us!

I loved this place! It was a nice little walk from the Airbnb to the center of Covington (15-20 minutes walk). The community is AMAZING so cute and peaceful. Everyone there is super friendly! The only “issue” I had was when I tried to work from home there. If you are planning on doing this, I suggest bringing your own hotspot because the wifi here can only support one streaming device at a time in order to not have buffering. I know that is not a necessity so that’s why it’s still 5 stars because this place is great!! But I did want to add that in case anyone else was wanting to work off the WiFi while you are there. :) This place is fantastic! I will 100% stay here again if this place is available the next time I go to Covington!

Jonathan's place is amazing. Everything exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The location is super accessible and walkable. He was super responsive and flexible when I need to shift dates slightly and an earlier check in. Definitely would stay again. Free coffee is a bonus as well

Great stay. It's a nice 1br 1bath ground floor/walk-out apartment. Very accurate to listing and felt private, quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. Hosts were responsive if needed but ran into no issues and gave guests full privacy. Furniture was cozy and comfortable. Outdoor area was a bonus in spring in Georgia. Great shower head.

We loved our stay! The place is very centrally located to everything we wanted to get to for the weekend and the they were very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. The place is so cute and we would definitely stay here again!

Good communication and easy check in process.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

Cool set up and awesome area

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Jami is an amazing host! This was the perfect property for our trip. Highly recommend for a couples get-away to beautiful Lake Oconee.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!
