Everything as stated/expected, immaculately clean & comfortable. Very close to town centre and parking a real bonus (necessity) for Ipswich.

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

Nice, well equipped apartment and responsive host. Useful to have a parking space so close to the marina. The heating was very good so the apartment was always warm and cosy. My only issue was the bed wasn’t that comfy and I didn’t receive much notice about cleaners coming in, but otherwise a very nice apartment.

Really lovely apartment with fantastic views. So many great amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely weekend in Ipswich. Very comfortable beds and lovely decor in the apartment. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Ipswich. Great communication from the host. Totally recommend a stay here. Thank you!

What an amazing little place. The view of the beach and sea from the living room was amazing. Picture perfect. This was my first ever time in Walton and I was so impressed and it was made all the better by thing able to stay beachside in such a lovely apartment.

The place was very clean, cousy. Everything was working very well. It’s a lovely place to stay.

Great location and very modern house. Was a little dusty and clearly hadn't been hoovered very thoroughly throughout. Reasonably well-equipoed kitchen but disappointed to not have had a coffee machine in such a high-end looking house. Handwritten notes in Sharpie on pieces of paper posted around the house made it feel a little shabby. All said though, the sunsets are magnificent from all angles!

Beautiful lockside property, amazing location with two great pubs right across the way. House was nice and cosy when we arrived and the heating was great all weekend long. We especially loved the conservatory where we at our breakfast in the sun. Perfect for dogs and lots of beautiful walks nearby. Would definitely return in summer. Great stay thank you

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

We had a great stay in Lizzie's house. The house itself is modern and well-equipped - the three bathrooms plus the downstairs cloakroom are very unusual for Harwich. It has outside space which would be great for rentals in warmer weather. The house was very clean, beds comfy and bedding and towels luxurious. Lizzie provided our dog with a bed, bowls and toy which was a lovely touch, and also left us with fresh bread, mince pies and eggs - really appreciated. The position of the house is ideal for the river/sea front and old Harwich. Local shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, Penny Pier and museum all a few mins walk. The beach is 10/15 minutes walk away. We've stayed in various places in Harwich/Dovercourt over the past few years, and this has been our best rental to date. There's ample extra parking in the street outside, however, the house is adjacent to Harwich station, and within walking distance of so much, car is not necessary. We noticed no train noise when indoors, however.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

Such a beautiful location with large windows to appreciate from every direction. We loved the local fish shop with daily fresh fish to buy, as well as the sweet cafes.

Great views, very nicely decorated and clean flat. Plenty of restaurants and pubs near by. Fantastic views. Wanted somewhere to relax and spend some time walking by the sea and this place was perfect.

Had a wonderful week here, close to the sea front and accommodation was excellent, apartment was well stocked and comfortable, beds really comfortable, a really lovely quiet place to stay, lots of lovely places to see, highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, the hosts were easily contacted, and were helpful, and extremely wonderful place to stay, thank you Benji and Leah ❤️ xx

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Belinda flat, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the spotless cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The decor was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. Belinda went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, providing everything I could possibly need—from a fully equipped kitchen to luxurious linens and toiletries. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk away from the train station. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear that Belinda genuinely cares about her guests' comfort and experience. Communication with Belinda was smooth and easy, with quick responses. Overall, this flat exceeded all my expectation and provided an unforgettable stay. If you're looking for a place that combines style and comfort, look no further—this is it!

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Absolutely loved staying at Sarah's place in Mistley! Location was central and it was super easy to walk into Mistley or Manningtree. My dog had the best time running around in the fenced garden, the space was cosy and warm and I loved working on my laptop in the sun room looking out at the backyard. Sharon was an excellent host, she came to say hello briefly and have me lots of helpful local recommendations. Can't wait to come back!

Donna’s place was so quirky and in an amazing location, with the seaside right on the doorstep. Donna was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful long weekend celebrating my birthday and will almost certainly be back. I’d recommend this beautiful, cosy gem to anyone looking for a peaceful stay right on the coast.

Pamela is a fantastic host and a lovely person to deal with. Communicative, helpful, and friendly. He place is cozy and comfortable with all of the right amenities.
