We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It is very private but only 5mins walk from town. We enjoyed being able to walk through the garden to the top of the hill. The place was stunning and Jane had thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable.

A really fabulous stay. Loads of space, both inside and outside. Highly suitable for families and in a quiet location. Great walks nearby and very close to Wanaka. Would be equally suitable for a winter or summer stay. Loved it!

This is easily one of our favourite Airbnbs in NZ! Super cosy space, well-equipped kitchen & comfortable beds. Ngaire was really helpful and sweet, and we greatly appreciated the flexibility in check-in & out times. It’s also in a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of good bois and gals (feline & canine) in the area. We also enjoyed having a friendly ginger cat wandering into the house & giving many pets to the lovely pooches we met along our evening stroll along the river to the old town area. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Maori Point vineyard! The cottage was stunning, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more as a family of 3! The vineyard itself is gorgeous, and we enjoyed a walk to the river as well as a leisurely wine tasting (without worrying about driving) at a small discount. The night sky was beautiful here too due to hardly any light pollution. Highly recommended.

Great place, as advertised. We took day trips to Queenstown and Wanaka and it was a nice central location to explore the area. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby, lots of walking paths! Will stay again next time relatives come for a visit.

Lovely place to spend a few days. Adam was quick to respond with all questions and made it easy to extend our stay at the last minute. Comfortable place for our group. Beds were comfy, kitchen allowed us to cook.

A beautiful home that my family thoroughly enjoyed staying at. Homely, spacious, well-designed and furnished, and full of everything you need. Located near a beautiful river and some walking/running tracks and a short drive from everything you need. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

The location was great, but the house wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Quite an old place with dusty carpets. As long as you don’t have high expectations it is fine, but it was still a bit expensive for the level of house in my opinion.

We absolutely loved our stay in this tiny house in Wanaka! It's perfectly located—close enough to town for convenience, yet it feels like a peaceful countryside escape. Our host, Sally, greeted us warmly and was incredibly friendly, providing heaps of0 helpful local tips. The tiny home itself was beautifully set up with everything you could possibly need—even hiking jackets and some lovely refreshments to enjoy with the view at the end of the day. The outdoor features were a dream: a stunning bath under the stars, BBQ, fire pit, and the cutest indoor fireplace to keep things cozy. We bloody loved staying here with Sally in her TT—couldn’t recommend it more.

Great location with tracks to the river and mount iron nearby. The community pool and gym are a great facility to have access to as well. House was very clean also

Great home to stay in, very warm with the fireplaces going. Nice and spacious, very relaxing. very little outside noise. Unfortunately we were only there at night as due to event we were attending, but loved the place ! would definitely stay again, and recommend !

A very nice apartment located right next door to a community pool, we had free access to it thanks to the use of Sachi’s membership. Clean, lovely apartment, very comfortable beds.

Sian’s apartment was great for a short term stay, my husband and I stayed two nights and found it extremely clean and tidy, with a very comfy king sized bed. Sian was a friendly host and was easy to contact. However some amenities would be useful to add for a longer stay such as a table to use and washing up liquid for the crockery supplied.

Lovely home with a spectacular outlook. A special place in Wanaka. House has a lovely relaxed vibe. Everything easy to find in the house and felt right at home.

Emily’s place is amazing! It is as beautiful as the photos show. When we arrived there was a lovely note and treats left for us. Such a nice touch - thank you Emily! Everything is the best quality. From the bedding to the towels to the awesome kitchen and contents, it’s all top notch. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. Don’t hesitate to stay at Rockland’s Retreat. It is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at!

We met Mari when we arrived & had nice natter prior to unloading the car. We found the accommodation excellent and Marc had provided made additional extra in the kitchen which we didn’t expect, some nice touches… Also, there were pictures on the walls making it quite homely and finally, the wifi login was a breeze, due to his gadgets… Go Mari! We’ll certainly return when we visit Cromwell.

We had a grat time during our overnight stay in the place. It was lovely and gorgeous with great outdoor view. We really enjoyed the hot tub and it is very near the CBD. I would highly recommend and love to go back in the future!

Very cosy and nice apartment! Lovely terrace. Very friendly host! We even got a bottle of self-made red wine. The location was close to the lake and mountains, but a car is needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Kerry's loft. Rode our bikes to the Monte Cristo winery and had a beautiful late afternoon wine and snack there. Great weather, great location, great host.

We had the best stay. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Our children loved the place too. Toys and books for them to use. Kitchen was well equipped and loved using the rocket coffee machine! We want to come back asap! Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
