Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

The place is at the centre of all the spots that we wanted to cover around Wayanad. Be it Banasura dam, Chembra trek, Edekkal caves, Soochipara falls. Also it has nearby Petrol pump, since we used 2-wheeler to roam around and good restaurants in the vicinity. The caretaker was very helpful and provided us with necessary instructions to travel around. The place is exactly what is described in the photos. We had some issues with the wifi, but caretaker was helpful in resolving this. Overall it was a great stay.

The stay was excellent and as is in the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful to get the required things done. The stay has beautiful surroundings.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The views were incredibly realistic, immersing us in the beauty of nature. The route to the stay from Ooty was stunning, making the journey itself a memorable experience. A special shoutout to Gokul Sir, who was incredibly calm, active, and always responsive. He ensured everything was arranged perfectly, including serving us food right on time—even amidst the dense fog. Thank you so much for your exceptional help, Gokul Sir! Tip for future guests: Try ordering food before 5 PM. The meals are prepared fresh, and even the ingredients used are of premium quality. Planning ahead will make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and well-managed stay!

I had a wonderful stay with a simple and affectionate set of people - every person took care of me - including Hector ( their handsome pet) in giving unlimited joy and making my stay a memorable one. I am very happy i had a chance to stay with them.

I booked this for my Mom and a couple of relative for a Pennkannal, everyone had a very comfortable and peaceful stay and they loved the place

This is a cosy villa with views of banana plantations and distant peaks. The villa is designed for a comfortable stay for a large group. There are sofas, pillows, and chairs everywhere for a group hangout. The balcony is ideal for a morning read or an evening chill out session. There are several board games, a carrom board, jenga, and couple of books as well at this property. A smart TV which supports all your OTT apps. A washing machine which is useful on longer stays. If you request, they will arrange grill facilities as well. There is a fully functional kitchen with utensils, an oven, and a refrigerator. The place is ideal for workations as well. The wifi was fast and all four members of our gang didn't have any idsues with internet connectivity. The place is near to Vythiri town and food delivery apps are available. There are also couple of nice restaurants within 1 km. The owner Praveen and the care taker, Joy was extremely helpful and always available.

This was our second visit to Aanandam Villa, and it felt just as wonderful as the first! Geethu is a fantastic host who ensures every guest feels at home. My wife, our baby, and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Thank you! 😊
