What a lovely home to stay in! It was perfect for our get away. The home was immaculately clean and there was nothing that wasn't thought of by the host. It was spacious and the back garden was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place for a get away.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

We had a 3 night mini vacation, with our dogs. Jolene was a super host, and accepted our 3 dogs to stay. We spent most of the time at the dog beach, and the accommodation was exceptional for us with a secure undercover concrete outdoor space (where we spent almost all of our time). The unit was bigger than I expected and had everything you need. A few reviews commented on the noise, but it really isnt an issue (and im a light sleeper). We shared the space with son and partner and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again, so many great dinning options, and literally accross the road is beach access. For our personal stay it was to take the dogs to the off leash dog beach, which is only 5 min down the road, so perfect location, easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay, and i did get to meet Jolene and she was extremely welcoming and made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend, and as reviews have said, yes the shower pressure was amazing, especially after beach day

We stayed at Wills house for 8 days and loved every moment. The quiet bush location opposite the dunes and so close to beach access was just beautiful. We had many a walk along the beach wth no one else around. The lack of light pollution for star gazing, the wildlife experiences of wallaby's, bandicoots, echidnas and Short tailed shearwaters coming in to their burrows each night was so lovely to experience. All tourist locations are within a very easy drive from the property. Beds were comfortable, Spa great, the out door shower was used many times and was lovely and warm, the living area was everything we needed - both indoor and outdoor spaces flowed together well. Hope to be back one day.

John was really helpful the whole time, even showing us to our room when we arrive and giving us recommendations for places to go. The place is small but cozy and clean, even fruits and milk were prepared which was really heart warming. The place is really peaceful with its own backyard and Indy was just lovely. A lease free dog beach is just opposite the road, although you do have to cross the slightly busy main road to get there. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a short getaway and escape from the city.

Everything was absolutely perfect A really original beach house with nice comfortable beds and clean linen as described in the pictures. Great location. Wonderful view of Port Phillip Bay. Nice outside deck with views. Good heated pool. Easy access to beach. Highly recommend. Katrina was a great host. We had a fabulous time there.

I appreciate being able to have our stay here in Nikki’s home, I feel it was value for money and Nikki was very accomodating and communicated well. I myself as an adult appreciated the soccer net and balls as a nice little addition I wasn’t aware of. I’d stay here again.

Greg and Maree’s place was exactly what me and my friends were looking for. A good price being right by the beach and with a pool. Greg and Maree were so helpful and responsive and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

I had a fantastic stay with my family! The unit was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Jodi was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was the highlight for my kids. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Once again, we enjoyed the great location and accessibility of Sally’s place. It could not be more central to the town of Cowes, within short walking distance to the beach and dining. It has everything you need for a great holiday. We love the outside seating where the water is clearly visible and outside eating extends the holiday atmosphere.

Seas the Day was the perfect place for a relaxing girls' weekend away. It was in a great location, with beautiful views of the sand dunes and easy access for walks along the beach. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and was cosy and comfortable. Elle and Andrew were great hosts, easy to communicate with and happy to help and suggest options for our stay. I would definitely love to return, perhaps in summer to use the pool and spa and highly recommend this house as a place to stay on Phillip Island.

Lovely spot right on the beach. Easy holiday with the kids as they can head over to the beach whenever. House was as described, easy to get in and didn’t need to bother Scott for anything 🙂

A beautiful home and great spaces to enjoy inside and out. Perfect location, close to the beach and walking distance to Dromana. The front yard and gate made it a secure space to allow the kids to play freely and ride their bikes/ scooters up and down the driveway. The outdoor shower meant we could keep the home free of sand and the outdoor area is an entertainers paradise. Would love to return here.

We had a fantastic weekend away with our two dogs, Josh's place was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful big back yard for the boys to run around in. Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. Loved every minute!

House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

We had a great short stay at Waterfront House. The house enjoys a wonderful position opposite vegetated dunes and the beach (swimming not recommended, but the walks at low tide on wide swathes of firm sand are delightful). It was very peaceful when we were there. The house is ideally suited to family and friendship groups, with its generous bedrooms and living spaces and well-equipped kitchen, and the sea views and starry skies are beautiful. Though not lavish, this house is certainly very comfortable and spacious, providing good amenities for a relaxing holiday.

I’ve been booking this place for a couple of years now and it’s just a beautiful convenient place for a family of 4. Just a walk across the road to the beautiful clean beaches. A 4/5 minute drive to Dromana shops. Had another beautiful time. The host John is helpful and a fantastic person.. next year here I come.

Absolutely amazing place. It was a home away from home, except with a sensational view. Looking forward to staying again!
