This air bnb was a great deal. Quick drive into downtown and other tourist attractions. Big and spacious rooms. Would recommend!

Stayed with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The home was beautiful and extremely well appointed. Every room had its own bathroom which is ideal when several couples are staying in one place. Alleshia provided a terrific list of local attractions and “handy hints” and the location was perfect - a short distance to all the action but also in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

daniel and Lauren have managed to create a comfortable yet elegant, totally functional, very delightful living area for a ton of people to be together. Our extended family, from 4 years to almost 80 years had a 3 day stay that was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped for a large meal, and all were content. Thanks!

Lovely home away from the craziness, but still in the middle of some lovely retail, restaurants and an easy ride to just about anywhere you want to go in the city. The record collection was also top tier. My kid and I had a great time with that.

Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

Lopez Island is on a beautiful neighborhood. The dedicated parking spot is a great feature.

We had a great stay! The place is clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We were worried about street parking, but had no problems. We were always right in front of the apartment or, at most, two doors down. They are right that the apartment is on a busy street, but the bedroom is in the back, so with white noise it was just fine. We slept really well. I have really bad allergies, but had no problems at all because the house is clean and well-maintained. It's just a few blocks from Whole Foods and Octavia books, so it's a good location. We will stay there again if it's available when we come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's place. A nice place, not fussy, but had everything we needed. The area is wonderful. Very walkable. Near both the bus stop and streetcar. Lots of good restaurants. We felt safe walking in the area at night. I would highly recommend staying at Brian's place for your trip to NOLA.

I had an amazing stay at Owen’s place in the Lower Garden District. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—such a perfect mix of historic charm and modern touches. It had a cozy, peaceful vibe with lovely greenery that made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was spotless, and the space was incredibly comfortable and welcoming—truly felt like a home away from home. The location was also perfect, with so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it was the ideal base for exploring New Orleans. Owen was a great host, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this loft for three nights and had a great experience. The space was spacious, clean, and just as described. The bed was super comfy, and Brad was very communicative—he even let us drop off our luggage early while he got the place ready, which we really appreciated. The loft was easy to access and in a great location. The only small downside was some noise from the streetcars outside, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t keep us from falling asleep. Would definitely recommend!

great stay located close to everything. awesome place to unwind and chill the deck is very nice in the morning and evening. and the beds were very comfortable. 5 stars all day.

Lovely loft with every amenity we could have wanted. Great location 3 blocks from Bourbon, near multiple streetcar lines, French market, and the Riverwalk. Judy was friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Would stay again!

We took the kids on a cruise and needed a place to stay after we got off. This condo felt very, very safe. A code to get into a gated and secured parking garage, code to get in the building, and code to get in our unit let us sleep easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great jumping off space for the complex intriguing city of New Orleans. A ahort walk to food, museums, streetcars, and a jump off of the expressway to arrive here. The space is comfortable, inviting, and the other building inhabitants are very friendly. Beverly is a lovely, accomodating, and extremely responsive host. When indoors, it is very quiet and peaceful given it's location in a bustling city. Don't hesitate to book Beverly's place.
