This was our 2nd stay at Percy’s Place and we had another wonderful trip. The property is gorgeous with stunning sunrise and sunset views, abundant wildlife, and plenty of privacy, yet only a few minutes away from stores and restaurants. The location is excellent for short day trips to area attractions. Check in and out was a breeze, Karrie is a wonderful communicator and very responsive to our needs. The house was spotless when we arrived shortly after check in time. Bathrooms and kitchen hen are well stocked, Mattresses and pillows are warm and cozy, Living room very spacious. This property does not disappoint!

We had a wonderful stay. House was bigger than the pictures. We had 2 teenagers and 3 Adults and we were very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed, loved the snacks they had left for us. House was super clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the artwork. Close to restaurants and our destination. Beautiful deck overlooking the water too. Would stay again.

Very nice home in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Eric was so accommodating & easy to communicate with during our stay.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with this place! Everything down to what we needed to cook in the kitchen was well thought out. The home was peaceful, pristine and perfect for our Christmas in the mountains. We also enjoyed walking the mountain bike path behind the house! We feel restored. We highly recommend you stay here!

From the first interaction at booking until the follow-up post-trip, Margaret was absolutely amazing as a host! She was so responsive and took the time to provide such special touches for our visit to Bowling Green. Margaret’s home is immaculate, spotless and so very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything else during our stay. When you’re looking for delightful accommodations in Bowling Green, this is your home!

I found the space really warm, inviting, comfortable, spacious. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was so great (not that I'm a cook, but it could inspire you!). And the stay wasn't overloaded with rules and limitations. There was a moment with the wifi at the start of the trip, but they were on it immediately and even took time away from their day to work through the issue with the internet provider as the issue was on that side - but quickly resolved, which is the only reason I mention it - as a testament to their care and professionalism as hosts. This may be my new go-to spot when I'm looking to visit home in the future.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Highland House! The house is comfortable and spacious, located in a peaceful setting, and it was well stocked with everything we needed from a high chair to an abundance of towels. Angie and Kaleighn were kind and responsive. We visit Bowling Green often to visit our family, and this was our best Airbnb experience to date!

This home on the river is absolutely stunning and had plenty of room for my family to relax after long days in the sun. All of the sleeping arrangements were great too. The two decks in the back of the house were an outstanding place to drink our morning coffee. The views and scenery were fantastic and even saw many deer walking within feet of the house. Wow what a place!!! Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Our stay here was just as expected. The space was super clean and we were able to feel right at home. The communication, recommendation lists and instructions allowed us to enjoy Bowling Green with ease and rest at the end of busy days. Would definitely stay here again!

House matched the description very well. Only 5 minutes from the National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park where we were racing.

Angela was a great host and very responsive. The place was exactly as it was described. We had everything we needed for cooking and the bed was super comfy. Would stay here again!

The house was in a great location. We loved the backyard, walking to the downtown and campus. The beds were comfortable.

The parking was very easy to handle. The interior of the building was very beautiful and very comfortable. It’s really big and contained various amenities that came in handy, especially when cooking. The location is next to railroad tracks, which made it difficult to fall asleep the first night but there are ear plugs to block out the sound. You will still feel the rattling of the walls as the train passes by. The location is a 20 minute drive to the national park so it was very ideal for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Angela was very responsive throughout our trip. She communicated a lot of information and even provided a tornado shelter for safety purposes during the big storm that hit Kentucky. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very memorable. We would stay here again!
