Terrific house in a perfect location. Beautiful view, great fireplace, plenty of room for a two family stay. Driveway was plowed promptly after a heavy snow. Would definitely book again.

This was absolutely perfect. Great for our group of seven having a blast out on Lake George. Peter's place is only a short drive to downtown Lake George village and a large outlet mall in Queensberry for shopping. We rented a pontoon boat for the day, and it was perfect. Peter and his wife even made sure we had coffee and bagels! Above and beyond what I had expected. The deck and fire pit made for a lovely time at night! Would recommend this place to anyone for sure! Hope to return soon.

Mark’s place was a charming cabin in the woods, well removed from main roadways. The space felt like a careful curation from a person who enjoys collecting things from his travels. It was open and spacious with options for everyone in our group. Once all of our belongings made it into the cabin, we were able to disperse into the rooms and tuck things away in corners so that it was easy to move through the space. We loved the cabin and can’t wait to stay with Mark again! -Megan

This cabin in the woods is a wonderful base for exploration of the Adirondacks. If you love the outdoors, I highly recommend this airbnb as there is plenty of wild to explore within an hour drive in all directions. The house is cozy with everything you would need to live there. Myself and 9 of my friends fit in this house and we had a wonderful weekend in the adks.

We thank Joe for a wonderful stay. He is very friendly and did all he could to accomadate our needs. I would highly reccomend his Chalet. The grounds were also beautiful with lots of walking trails right outside the Chalet. Thanks again Joe for all you did to make our stay fun and peaceful!

From the minute you walk in you feel right at home! The wall of windows takes your breath away with the phenomenal view of the lake! Carrie has gone to great lengths to make everything accessible and comfortable, from the welcome basket greeting you, to the game room with puzzles and card games and the full size pool table and air hockey table. The fully equipped kitchen and abundant linens were a plus!! The covered deck is an ideal spot to sit and read or just watch a rain storm rolling in over the lake. The main level deck is a wonderful spot to catch some rays or eat a meal with your family. The outside fire pit and covered seating area are perfect spots to host some serious Uno tournaments! The dock is a fantastic place to catch the sunrise and take a dip in the lake! Everything you need is right there! Carrie was readily available, friendly and responsive! There are so many amazing things, I could go on and on! Our family had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

The property sits lake front off a private dirt road and we found it to be very convenient for our trip to Gore Mountain, which is about 20 minutes away. The home is a warm cozy space, perfect for families. Everything was well organized and very clean. Thank you for a seamless check in and check out, we are sorry we had to leave so soon.

Beautiful, comfortable place! We stayed over the holidays and it was all decorated for Christmas, which was fun. The home is truly spectacular and also very cozy. Our family spent a lot of time relaxing (the upstairs TV nook was well used) and playing pool & ping pong in the basement, but we also skied at Gore Mountain and drove around the area. It was a winter wonderland but we could also imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. Very thorough and responsive communication with Tom and Kate. Really loved this place and the area!

This home was beautiful, the photos do not do it justice, perfectly decorated! We had 3 families that compromised of 6 boys and there was PLENTY of space, each family took a floor and the boys were outside the whole time either fishing, catching crawfish, or in the paddle boat, they had a blast! Also, the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with all your needs and more! We had such an amazing time here and are looking forward to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at The Roost. The home is clean, comfortable, spacious, and extremely well-stocked. Rarely is an Airbnb kitchen this well-equipped! Cynthia was super responsive and helpful, and the home is convenient to Gore - about 25-30 minutes. We loved our stay and hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay so much at DyAnn’s place - such a peaceful lake house, perfect for a family. We have 3 young kids and there was more than enough space. We experienced some storms and lost power and internet - host was very attentive and helpful, as was the automatic switch generator. This was by far the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever had. Area is quiet, not much for shops/restaurants, but so centrally located to other areas that we didn’t mind at all. We stayed very busy! We had a fantastic vacation at Loon Lake!
