I have sensitivities to scents and reached out prior to arrival with the question of what sort of cleaners/laundry detergents are used and while they do use products which are scented, they cared enough to purchase new linens for master bed/bath. Without their support I would have had to mitigate 4 days of headaches and nausea but instead their generous provision for me as their guest made for a good 4 day stay! This level of support is unprecedented, I was and remain super grateful!!!

Amber is a wonderful host!!! She is very responsive and communication was easy. Due to my inexperience with ABB I made a mistake in the booking of the cottage and Amber was very helpful and went above and beyond in resolving the issue. The cottage is cute , the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The backyard is amazing...large and peaceful with a deck and firepit. There was a nice notebook of great local places to eat and drink. If I ever need to book a small cottage in middletown i would definitely book this again!!!

was in town for work with my family great location to kings Island and plenty of space for large groups if needed. would book again. Hopefully next time won't be a work endeavor. thanks for having us

Adorable little house in a pretty area! Abby was a great host and quick to communicate. Check in and out was a breeze.

Viviana was a great host, extremely responsive prior to my stay. We stayed there during thanksgiving and responsiveness slowed down a bit but that’s to be expected with the holidays. Since we were there in the winter months, the main floor and basement was very cold and wouldn’t go above 65 degrees F. Luckily there was a fireplace that helped a lot, but the nights were cold. The hot tub was great. Finishing in the pond was great. Space was able to accommodate a very large family.

Jennifer’s place was amazing! It was curated so carefully with great attention to detail and with the guest always in mind. A very unique experience. She was such an amazing hostess as well. There was a snow storm move through and she was so thoughtful about check out times and making sure the roads were okay to drive before we had to leave. She went above and beyond my expectations!! You must check out her Songbird House in Lebanon, Ohio! Also, Lebanon is such a neat place to explore as well. Lots of amazing antique shops, restaurants and more to see!

There stay was Great. We were just passing through for the night but it was easy to check in , very clean and had great beds. Thanks Jeff!

We were in town for a family funeral and had 8 family members. The space was very comfortable for the number of people. It was a nice weekend in the backyard was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at a really great price! The place was as described in the listing. It was a 10-15 mins drive to Cincinnati, the area was quiet and parking was easy. The backyard and interior of the house were beautiful. Cari proactively sent all needed information, and we had no issues with checking in and out. Will come back soon!

We loved our stay at Tamara's place! It was in the perfect location for what we needed it for. It was clean and cozy. We loved all the thoughtful little extras. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

The house was amazing! Super clean and comfy. There are so many beautiful things to look at and things to do. There’s little extras for guests that most places wouldn’t think of. Truly felt like home away from home and the perfect place for a girls trip. This is the kind of place I want to go back to!! We had the best experience!

Lovely place to stay for a family get away. The children all loved having their own bed room.

Our family of 14 had plenty of space and enjoyed the property immensely. The kids (and adults) had a lovely time experiencing the animals and hanging out in the home. The layout of the main floor was particularly appreciated due to the openness - while some were preparing lunch, others were playing games or reading and we all felt connected together. No need to be wary of the many stated rules - even though they are oft repeated and / or seem pretty specific, they are simply typical rules of a property of this sort, spelled out in more detail. We would highly recommend the space -- we have travelled 2-3 hours to find a cabin like this, and this one was in our back yard. Our family wants to come back next year, hope we can make that happen.

The guesthouse was ideal as a place for peace and quiet. Rustic elegance comes to mind with the stone walls and modern architectural details of the house. Mark shared the unique history of the property and has assembled an on-site museum to display and tell the Monte Cassino story. We felt welcome the entire visit. The guesthouse is close to northern Kentucky and downtown Cincinnati, so take in what suits you. It was also a joy just to stay at the property and read or write to my heart’s content, and get a nature fix. Say hi to Rocco, who will pop up to check on you and then run off to chase chipmunks.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the cabin with our two daughters for a 10th birthday trip! Serene location, charming cabin, lots of antique malls nearby and Sarah was such a kind, accommodating hostess! We hope to be back! 🤍

Great place for a getaway for the dogs super close to kings island. Attic space has very low ceiling but the rest of the accommodation and resort area were very warm and welcoming
