The rustic apartment over the garage was simultaneously lovely and charming! We had a family wedding nearby and wanted a cozy, family atmosphere and Leah's place DELIVERED! The apartment was decorate so well and my granddaughter loved the 3 bunk beds. Thank you for an excellent stay, Leah! we will be back!

Amber is a wonderful host!!! She is very responsive and communication was easy. Due to my inexperience with ABB I made a mistake in the booking of the cottage and Amber was very helpful and went above and beyond in resolving the issue. The cottage is cute , the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The backyard is amazing...large and peaceful with a deck and firepit. There was a nice notebook of great local places to eat and drink. If I ever need to book a small cottage in middletown i would definitely book this again!!!

Wow! Absolutely beautiful space. The listing is exactly what you get. Christina was very responsive and provided clear instructions and directions to the location. We traveled from Southern CA to Ohio for WGI Championships and there were storm warnings for nearly our entire stay. She made us feel safe and secure letting us know that she would notify us if we needed to go to the cellar for safety. Thankfully we didn’t but she had the space sticked with items just in case. We were traveling with our 20 month old and she had the playpen, high chair, baby gate and toddler plates and cups available. Highly recommend her space, it was a lovely stay. Thank you Christina!

Absolutely lovely home and peaceful surroundings! The home and property is exactly as decided and beyond. Really great stay and would absolutely stay here again. Really appreciated all the small thoughtful touches throughout. Great place for familles!

This is our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much this time! It is just as pictured, with comfy beds and plenty of space to work. The kitchen, while small, is well equipped - we found everything we needed. It was a rainy weekend, and we enjoyed the warmth of the living room while watching a movie. And there's lots of extra details - extra blankets came in handy for the chilly rainy evenings, comfortable work chairs in the craft area made our scrapbooking time pleasant, and we even had some snacks! Clear instructions were provided, and we had no problems at all during our stay.

We made a last minute trip to visit family in Centerville and Cincinnati. This location was between both, so perfect for us. We were thrilled that Shea’s place was available, as we had stayed there 3 years ago and enjoyed it then. It was always welcoming to come “home” to after a day of driving and family activities. I highly recommend this cozy, comfortable and peaceful place.

March was so accommodating and very communicative. The home was amazing and perfect for our group. I would recommend her place if you are in the King Mills area! On the plus side it is right next to Great Wolf Lodge!
