This Airbnb is pristine! My family felt right at home. The home is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking! The decks are relaxing and peaceful to sit on, listen to the birds, and enjoy the lake/mountain views. And the beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to go back home. The kids loved the game room and even us adults played some of the games with them. We're drove to twin falls for a hike and the drive wasn't too bad. Overall, we had a wonderful time and no one was ever bored!

Our stay was wonderful. Great view, and spacious. The game room and hot tub added the perfect touch of entertainment. We had family in town to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday, and it did not disappoint. I will warn you of a steep hill for the driveway and parking spaces. Otherwise perfect.

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

If you're looking for the ULTIMATE lake house retreat, look no further!! "What A View" is absolutely stunning and exceeded all of our expectations, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, entertainment, comfort, and unbelievable lake views!! The hot tub was a huge highlight for our group of ten; perfect for soaking under the stars after a long day of outdoor adventures! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were tons of board/card/arcade games for everyone to be entertained for hours!! We also enjoyed the great quality and large TV for watching the Super Bowl with our gang. :) Andrea was an incredible host and was proactive in every way possible! We highly recommend "What A View" on Center Hill Lake and we easily give it a 10/10! (BTW - We can't wait to come back in the summer to try out the beautiful pool!). Thank you!!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

This was a wonderful place to gather with family for Christmas. Kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the owners treat it as their own.

Great spot in quiet remote area. I'm from a big city so this was EXACTLY what we needed. no traffic, no cars, no fumes. Cardinals chirping every morning. great view we loved the big swimming hot tub. Free firewood was provided as well. Many great waterfalls not too far.

We loved staying at this home! It was so very peaceful and homey. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunrise. We slept 9 adults very comfortably, without using the sofa bed.

Great stay, about 30 min to fall creek falls. So peacefull and the home was just in pristine condition. Everything basically brand new.

This house was absolutely everything we needed and more. The space was serene, beautiful, and quiet. I knew the space was perfect when my friends were in awe of the rooms and the deck on the water. The beds were a party favorite and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even the little things like sharpies, tape, and batteries were provided. We seriously had everything we needed. The space was perfect for my party of 12 and our 7 cars! That was a major plus as well! The hosts were awesome and super friendly. We think this will definitely be a space we stay at again and I would recommend this space to anyone who needs a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

If you’re on a trip in Mcminnville this is the place to stay! An easy drive from countless adventures, minutes for main street, and a quiet & private place to come home to at night. If you have a dog - the large back yard is a huge plus!

Really enjoyed our visit! The winding staircase was a highlight for the kids. The house was close to Viola’s Pizza and not too far from the 3 waterfalls at Fall Creek Falls. Amazing hosts too! Such a beautiful property!

This was our fourth stay at Melanie's home. As with every other occasion her accommodation was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and furnished with all the required amenities that make for an enjoyable long or short term lodging. Melanie has always been pleasant and responsive to work with. I highly recommend her rental if your in the Rock Island/ Sparta TN area.

Wonderful little home that is close to many wonderful hikes and waterfalls which is exactly why we were staying in the area. Host was very responsive. The home was very clean which I was thankful for having a 1 year old that crawls everywhere when she doesn’t feel like walking. Hot tub was nice and clean in working condition and had a nice fire pit area with firewood stocked which is a huge plus. Dollar general as well as newts bbq & a gas station are directly across the highway. One thing we didn’t realize was there is a grill but it is charcoal which we don’t normally use but it worked out fine. It is right off a highway so there is a lot of noise if you’re sitting outside by a fire but we didn’t hear it inside when trying to sleep. We loved this area though definitely recommend visiting!
