We had a wonderful stay at Penny's Air BNB! Would definitely recommend to travelers! It was very cozy and spacious! Very quaint place with a beautiful countryside property feel to it! The host was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely try to use again in the near future and beyond! So much better than a motel for sure!

This location was extremely convenient for my needs. The space was cute albeit somewhat eclectic. I found the space comfortable.

Spacious apartment on the lower level of the home. Charming decor and construction. A fine place for our family to stay overnight on our cross-country drive.

Walk in to this new and clean place and you are showered with treats and eats! The host really goes overboard to please her guests. Wonderful experience!

This cottage is a gem. I Cook even when I travel so I usually have to travel with most of my kitchen due to most Airbnb‘s not having well stock Kitchens. This little cottage had one of the best stocked kitchens. I brought so many unnecessary things. It is hidden in a little nook, Full of beautiful details, Clean and the bed linens just give you a big ole hug♥️. Neysa is the most tentative host- but also provided adequate space. She had umbrellas, ice scrapers, and there is a well stocked bathroom just incase you forget a toiletry. Overall - it was a wonderful experience

Sallie's place was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. My grandson's and their dad really enjoyed fishing off the dock, they used up all their bait and had to get more! There were plenty of games to play on the day when the weather wasn't the best. The kitchen was really well stocked and very large. The very long dining tables inside and out were perfect for sitting our family for meals and playing games. It was very close to Rock Island State Park and a small grocery store was just down the road with the best ice cream spot, Rock Island Trolley. Nice and quiet and beautiful area. Great airbnb located a short distance away from Cookeville, TN. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Jenny was responsive and helpful when minor issue arised. Home was cute and clean. Loved the space in back to take a little walk down to the riverside. We particularly appreciated the basement unit was accessible for limited mobility grandparents with the driveway to pull right up to, bed & bathroom downstairs.

We loved staying at this home! It was so very peaceful and homey. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunrise. We slept 9 adults very comfortably, without using the sofa bed.

This is a great place to stay if you enjoy sunrises on the back porch and sunsets on the front porch. The office space is nice and isolated if you need to get a little work done. Close to lots of great hiking and check out Rock Cliff market for a delicious sandwich. Ben was a great host and we definitely plan on staying again.

Our family enjoyed the home. It was very peaceful and relaxing and just what we needed. The home had just about everything we needed, and there are dollar stores close by for a quick trip if need be. We took a short trip to Rock Island for a little hike to see the water falls. The host was responsive and had very easy/clear instructions. Highly recommend staying here to unwind.

This is the very best Airbnb that I have ever stayed. Host was incredibly fast and responsive. I had no issues at all. The decor doesn’t just look good, it includes quality amenities. That isn’t something I see at most other places. The peaceful setting is amazing inside and out. That master bed was unbelievably comfortable. The little extras throughout did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back for more hiking and this is where I will stay! It was hard to even leave every day to visit all the nature available in the area.

My family and I had a wonderful time - the house was stunning and very clean. There was lots of room for everyone and the kids really appreciated the games that were there. Bobbi was fantastic to work with and gave lots of helpful information ahead of time so the trip was very smooth. We were even able to do a later checkout so that we could have brunch at a local restaurant. No complaints at all, I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

We stayed for 2 nights 4 adults. Mitchell's place was just right. We really enjoyed meeting him and talking. Rented the pontoon boat which was great. Already thinking about when we would return. Would recommend staying at this property.

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Beautiful, stunning views of the lake. Everything was great despite us having nearly 4-6 inches of snow. Mark was also extremely helpful answering all our questions. We were nervous about the unexpected snow but Mark was quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. The bedrooms and bathrooms were polished and clean! Beds were very fresh and comfy. All the windows let in the sunshine and gave you such a stunning view. Really, we loved everything! No complaints! P.S. The photos led us to believe this palce would be smaller but after arriving we felt the house was very open and spacious.

This place was perfect just what we needed and sooooo convenient!!
