Nice clean place with easy access to the ski area.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Great little spot with a quick drive to the North Conway strip and beautiful drives surrounding Mt. Washington. Would book again next time I’m up in the area. Cabin was very relaxing and felt like a perfect place to relax and refresh.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay. The cabin and surrounding property are beautiful, and Evangelyn was a wonderful host. If you’re looking for a peaceful, “home away from home” getaway, this is just the place.

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Airbnb Review: A Perfect Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can confidently say it was one of my best experiences yet! The great location made it easy to explore the surrounding area while also providing a peaceful retreat. The gorgeous views of the mountains were simply breathtaking, and I found myself mesmerized by the scenery right outside the window. The space was clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, from hot dog skewers to coffee, mustard, shampoo, and even a toothbrush! It truly felt like a home away from home. The comfortable space offered plenty of room for relaxation, but my favorite feature was the outdoor screened-in porch. It gets excellent afternoon sun, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I loved lounging in the hammock chairs under the porch while soaking in the stunning landscapes. Jan’s place was exceptionally clean and well suited for our family ski trip. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and equipped for a stay of our group of 4. She even went the extra mile to communicate with me when I misplaced an item to coordinate with the cleaner and get back to me. Would definitely stay again!

We just spent 11 days at Eric’s place and loved it! The house is comfortable & quaint! The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. The wood-stove kept us toasty warm, it was great having stacked wood right outside the door to keep the fire going. We skied at Brenton Woods which was less than 20 minutes away. We enjoyed visiting the Mt Washington hotel too. Walking distance from the house is Rek-Lis brewery and Rosa Flamingo which has great pizza. Ten minutes away in Littleton, we enjoyed Schillings brewery which has a cool covered bridge next to it that you can walk over. Schillings has an enclosed heated outdoor porch over looking a picturesque stream. Probably our favorite brewery so far. Awesome airbnb and awesome host!!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay with family and our dogs - back yard fenced in gave the dogs space to run in the snow. Family had a great time. Hosts super responsive and helpful! Will be back again!

Perfect fall getaway with stunning colors and views. Great location to get around the White Mountains, easy access to I-93 but super quiet and peaceful property. Cute little cabin perfect for sleeping at the end of a long day. Gunnar was always responsive and greeted us as soon as we arrived, showed us around and gave great hiking recommendations. We made a fire on the chilly night and enjoyed the peace. Beautiful brook about a 15 minute walk through the woods:) I totally recommend staying here!

The condo was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for our family. Extra blankets in each closet and the beds were so comfortable! Easy to find and very close to the mountain we were skiing at for the week. Clubhouse with the pool was also within walking distance which was a huge plus.

Keita's home was beautiful! right next to the river and very peaceful. The space was cozy and perfect for a getaway.

Chad was an incredible host! He was extremely accommodating with any requests we had. The views from his place are breath-taking! We enjoyed snowshoeing from the backyard onto trails in the woods. I fell in love with his cat who visited daily! He kept the driveway plowed and salted in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend his place!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

We had such a great stay, a few weeks prior here, we stayed again while skiing at loon for the weekend. If you’re looking for a place in the Lincoln area and John’s place is available, just book it! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again John for hosting.

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!
