We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly friendly, responsible, and easy to communicate with. During our stay over Christmas, they even set up a Christmas tree in the room, which added such a festive touch! There were a few heavy snowfalls while we were there, and the host took great care to clear the snow from the front door and the path to the parking area promptly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

David was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The location was close to campus, which was great since my family was visiting me. The only difficulty was that Ubers cannot find the location for some reason. However, other than that our stay was great!

LaVera runs a very nice lodging and treats her guests with utmost respect. Our schedule seemed to be at odds with her availability so we really didn’t get a chance to meet face to face but we communicated through text and she was always very timely in her responses. Our rental was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very comfortable and cozy! We didn’t take time to cook or use the kitchen but it was well-stocked with pots, pans, etc! We would definitely love to stay again!

Barbara is very welcoming and very accommodating. The space was what we needed for a couple nights near Elkhart.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever rented in terms of wonderful, kind hosts, kid friendly environment for our toddler, wonderful atmosphere, and clean, inviting space! Fern went above and beyond with communication and making sure we were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place 110%!

The beds were comfortable, the home was tidy, and the location was close to everything I needed on this trip. The living room furniture is adequate but not very comfortable, and there is no dishwasher, but since it was just me, that was not a problem: just facts, no complaints. I'd definitely request a stay again if needed.

Truly a pleasure from booking to check-out. Everything was easy...which says a lot for this tech-challenged Mom. The house and accommodations were cozy and comfortable, cute and clean, and perfect for our needs. Great easy distance to Notre Dame. Sweet quiet safe well-kept neighborhood. Loved the special touches of some complimentary treats, and small touches like house lights turned for our late arrival. Would go back again!!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. I stayed here with a few friends and had a wonderful time! Everything in the Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear and simple check-in and check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! I think the bed I slept in had a memory foam topper as well, which was extra nice after a long day of traveling. The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, coffee and tea, and water bottles, which was a thoughtful touch. The proximity to Notre Dame’s campus was also perfect! The next time I come back to South Bend, I would check here first to see if it was available before looking anywhere else!

The house was the ideal place for a visit to Notre Dame! Convenient to both campus and downtown South Bend through the Linq, 900 feet from the best pizza in the Michiana area at Rocco's, and very walkable to Irish Commons as well, we loved the location. The home itself is also clean, comfortable, and a true home away from home. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it. Go Irish!

A nice place to stay. We arrived late after a Notre Dame game and slept well. I enjoyed the mini split system in the living room where I slept comfortably on the fold out sofa. The sun room was pretty and the house was very clean.

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Kay was very responsive. Set up very well. met a friend there before going to a Notre Dame game. It essentially was set up like a master bedroom on each side of the house. The living room was comfortable. Easy check-in, easy to get in the house, good recommendations for local restaurants.

This is the second of Vik's property I've stayed in and it's just as beautiful/amazing as the first one. I always hate leaving. Great Location! Great Host! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars all around.

The pictures really do not do this place justice! Clean, well appointed, and a perfect view of the lake! Walking distance to downtown Culver. Will definitely stay again!

This home has been everything we needed from everything inside the house to the location of the house. Jacinda is very very responsive and very quickly as well! She is very nice and easy to talk to so that adds to making the process go smoothly! 😊🙏🏼 The home was spotless and beautifully decorated! From Checking in to checking out, it was all streamlined and easy! 11/10 would recommend to anyone I know needing a place in Fort Wayne, IN!👌🏼
