Was there for TN high school basketball tournament at MTSU. Place was great location around many restaurants and stores. House was immaculately, spacious and provided with everything needed. Most definitely will stay here again.

We have 5 kids including a small infant and needed a place to stay for the weekend due to being a part of a wedding that was close by at the Monroe. This place was perfect for what we were needing. It was so nice, clean, and had plenty of space for all of us and even had a crib. Yenifer was a great host!

Our stay was wonderful! We were particularly impressed with the spaciousness of the house, how well-stocked it was, and the excellent location. The hosts' responsiveness was also greatly appreciated. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Rock Hill Retreat is a great place to get together with family and friends. It was truly a home away from home. The spaces offered great opportunities to visit and play games. The kitchen was perfect for large groups and the fire pit was wonderful for smores. The jacuzzi was really great with strong jets (even though it was cold outside). The workout room and sauna were well utilized and the walking trails up the hill were fun as well !! All in All a very memorable experience.

We shot up to explore all of the hiking options in Tracy City and ended up loving the community of this AirBnB even more than the park! We kayaked for the first time, went fishing, played at the playground. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but definitely will next time! Extremely dog friendly place! We loved all the little notes around the cottage and especially loved the owners food recommendations posted on the fridge. Would love to stay again ☺️

My family stayed here while our bathroom was being renovated. It was the perfect "mini getaway" during the renovations. Darren's place is exactly as described. Private. Beautiful. Quite. So relaxing. We will definitely be back!!

My friends and I had an amazing time here. The house was immaculate, and the pictures of the view outside don't do the real thing justice, you can see for miles. We especially enjoyed the ping-pong table! Would highly recommend staying here, 10/10.

Our stay was delightful! The tiny home was comfy, well organized, beautifully decorated and seemed to have everything you could possibly need. The Porters were very friendly and hospitable, and readily available if any questions. The location was beautiful and just a few minutes outside of Woodbury. And there were food treats in each morning! It was a great experience, and we will certainly stay here again if our travels bring us near Woodbury.
