We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

Such a lovely calm location, the cottage was super clean and cosy. There are amazing farm routes to take walks and there’s so many furry friends!! Rita is lovely and so helpful, we will definitely come here again :) x

We had an amazing stay here. It was super peaceful and relaxing and we felt really at home. The cottage had everything you would want and is well equipped for any length stay. I can't recommend it enough and would certainly go back again!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to go for a couple of days and the barn at Badsey was perfect. The space itself is lovely with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The breakfast facilities (kettle, toaster etc) were enough for us as there were so many places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner. Our dog was pleased to be able to have a sniff around the garden.

Grrat couple of days in the Cotswolds. Stephanie was a fantastic host and the house had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a group stay.

What a fab find! We loved East Barn Cottage, having spent 3 nights there from 28-31 March. It was super cosy and made for a really relaxing stay. Clearly, this little gem has been refurbished to a high standard and we loved the stylish, neutral decor throughout! We were a "grown up" family of 4 and found the cottage to be quite spacious. Two decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living room for chilling and a small dining area meant we had plenty of space to spread out if we wanted. It was easy to find (thanks to Jo's clear and thorough instructions), and we all really felt at home here. Thank you Jo, for everything! PS. Unfortunately (and unlike other guests), we cannot recommend the nearby Seagrave Arms. We went for a Sunday Roast on Mother's Day and it wasn't at all good - one of the worst roasts we've had! Such a shame as it's so close to the cottage. We can, however, recommend the Dormy House at Broadway. We had a lovely meal there and would definitely return.

Literally cannot fault this place!! The Piggery is kitted out so beautifully. Downstairs is the living room and kitchen area, with handy smart TV, comfy sofa, dining room table and well equipped kitchen. We cooked dinner one evening and had cooked breakfast, and we had pretty much everything we needed! Upstairs is the beautiful, cosy bedroom, and the bathroom which has a great shower and a freestanding bath. We both had great nights’ sleep as the bed is super comfy and the bedroom was really quiet. Outside, there is the eco hot tub, which looks out over the Warwickshire countryside. This was quite simple to set up (but the water takes about 2.5 hrs to heat) and it was a really lovely, quiet spot to relax in the evenings. Anthony and Julia, the hosts, are very friendly and rightly very proud of their beautiful barns!! They are very quick to respond to messages/queries. The property is about 15 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon for wandering/food (the Woodsman was very good) :)

Our stay at The Stable was superb! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect retreat—peaceful, cosy, and just right for us and our three dogs. Our host, Karen, had placed a well-stocked welcome basket of provisions, including fresh eggs, milk, bread and more…The enclosed garden was a fantastic bonus, allowing our dogs to run safely while we relaxed. It has everything you could need for a stress-free getaway. The studio-style layout felt spacious and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely little dining area, and a super comfy bed. One of our favourite things? The large patio doors opened straight onto the decking, where we could sit with a coffee (or a glass or two of wine) and take in the country fresh air. The location couldn’t have been better—secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet just a short drive from Stratford-upon-Avon and the stunning Cotswolds. A massive thank you to Karen, who was an exceptional host!

Fabulous! What a find! Home from Home! A beautifully appointed barn, three large bedrooms, all kingsize beds with an en suite each! Very comfortable living areas, and seating, excellent TV facilities, warm and plenty of hot water! Stone flooring throughout made having a dog on the premises very easy. The barn benefits from excellent secure parking, and a large secure garden. Very private and peaceful albeit there are neighbouring barns. Lovely country walks and canals direct from the premises. Emma the host was excellent with communications and welcomed any queries to support our stay. A lovely break, thank you Emma.

I can not recommend both The Barn and The Hayloft highly enough. I booked both properties for myself and immediate bridal party for my wedding at Dodford Manor. Both properties were spacious, luxurious, beautifully decorated with everything we could have needed. The perfect space to get ready before the wedding. Janice was really helpful in the run up to our stay, always responding to questions within minutes, she went above any beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we met Janice and her gorgeous dogs after arrival she was so welcoming, making us feel right at home. Janice I am so jealous of your beautiful home! We will be back again in the future for sure.

I stayed here for a weekend with my sister and we had such a delightful and peaceful stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, really well thought out and comfortable. We used the hot tub, visited the nearby pottery and generally had a cozy and connection-filled weekend. My sister also had some additional needs which Lucy was very accomodating to. Thanks for a lovely stay, I highly recommend it.

We spent two nights in The Studio and absolutely loved it. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and really well-equipped; ideal for the two of us. Would recommend 100% and definitely want to return.

This is a lovely Airbnb in a beautiful and peaceful location. The decor inside the Airbnb is brilliant and it makes it a great place for a relaxing weekend. You will need a car as there aren't an shops/restaurants within walking distance but there are plenty of options just a 10/15 min drive away. Only thing we would have preferred is a shower in both of the ensuite bathrooms as we did all have to use the one ensuite for showers as the second room only has a bath (but the bath was lovely!) Hosts were friendly and responsive and we would love to return one day!

Lovely friendly stay in gorgeous countryside setting. Lots of lovely little touches to make the stay memorable. Beautiful views and fantastic countryside walks with a wonderful pubs stone throw away. Clive couldn't have been more helpful with local recommendations.

We had the perfect Christmassy stay at Anne’s cottage. Exaclty as described and felt so cosy and right at home. Anne was so warming and welcoming and also so responsive! The little touches were amazing including Xmas decs and hamper Anne left for us! We couldn’t wait to get back to the cottage at the end of a day to put the fire on. In a lovely quiet area but not far from main towns in the Cotswolds. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to family & friends . Thankyou so much, your little cottage is just perfect!

Angela was so welcoming when we arrived. After showing us around she left us to settle in and make ourselves at home but let us know that if we needed anything else we could drop her a message. It was such a treat to sit outside in that garden and soak up the the sun but as it's still quite chilly in the evening we were grateful to have the cosy living room to watch a movie in after dark. The local pub does brilliant food and there are some great walking routes in the area. We did a loop to the Horse and Groom in Bourton on the Hill which I can highly recommend. The barn conversion is well equipped, particularly for a long stay if you wish to cook, and the breakfast supplies were greatly appreciated. Angela was friendly and made sure to wish us a safe journey when we departed. Fabulous location, fabulous host!

We had a lovely weekend in the barn, it was very clean and just like the photos, it was so quiet too which was great. It is close to popular places like Bourton on the water, Broadway and Stow on the Wold, we would definitely recommend this lovely place to stay.

The cottage was ideally situated for the village of Winchcombe and surrounding places to visit. Julia and Charlie were great with communication before, whilst we were in the cottage and after we left. We will be booking again soon

We absolutely loved our stay at 'the Piggery' We could not have wished to stay anywhere better. The cottage was very well located for our visit to Leicester and the perfect place to come back to and relax after a busy day. It was spacious yet cosy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very stylish and luxurious with super comfy sofas. The hot tub was a welcome addition. Thank you Emma, you have created a beautiful luxury place to stay and we look forward to returning very soon on our next visit to Leicester.
