Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from the mountain resort and Uinta State Park, where we found a gorgeous trail leading to a waterfall. The house itself was stunning, spotless, and well-maintained. Hot tub was also clean and well-maintained. The host’s communication was top-notch, responding quickly to any questions we had. We encountered a small issue during our stay, but the host had their maintenance guy, Dusty, handle it immediately. He was awesome! Overall, a 10/10 experience that made my birthday unforgettable. We’ll always remember this trip and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical stay in Sundance!

Location location location ! Great place to stay! We spent three glorious weeks here in march - Park city got over 30 inches of snow. The skiing was incredible it takes only about 3 minutes to walk to the slopes (eagle or first time Lifts) you are at the base of Park city Mountain. There is a free bus that comes very often to town or deer valley or the base pick up in right in front of the condo. We loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk away, but it’s a heated pool hot tub for condo also game room and workout area and great sauna. The kitchen is well stocked. I loved the fireplace and the light that comes in and the high ceilings. The second bedroom is really a loft but very private. Loved having washer dryer. 2nd bedroom loft is upstairs has its own beautiful bathroom. But it’s open but very private. There is lots of space in this condo. I can’t say enough about this location and condo (three Kings condo) loved it!!

Beautiful place to stay. Walking distance to center but the bus stop is right at the home as well. Take a drive. Get out and explore.

Very responsive and friendly host. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well enough stocked to be able to cook for 7 people easily. This is a great new area of Deer Valley next to the Gondola and the Keetley lift, very easy to get to in like 3 minutes for either of them. This area is under development and so there is only the Grand Hyatt nearby for restaurants but this will obviously change over time. If you are going to rent skis, book them from Deer Valley East Village location, very very easy and super helpful

Erik was a very responsive host and worked very hard to accommodate any requests. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Beds were very comfortable. The living room is a bit small to accommodate the number of guests that the bedrooms allow. The climb from Main St. is steep and difficult either by the street or stairs. Access to the slopes is also difficult with ski boots and skis since the walk back from the slopes is uphill on the street. The walk to the slopes requires a walk up a long and steep staircase that was covered in places with hard snow and ice. The town lift is very slow and the access to it is very icy when snowfall is low. The slope back to the staircase at the end of the day can be very icy and is fairly steep for inexperienced skiers.

Absolutely loved this place! Guys ski trip totaling 8 people. The two bunk rooms allowed for everyone to have their own bed. The bunks were built into the wall and very sturdy for adults. Open floor plan with large sectional in the living area provided ample space for everyone to relax and hang out after a day on the slopes. Less than 5 minute drive to the new East Village of Deer Valley where we were skiing. 10 minute drive to Park City or head south to Heber City for restaurants and groceries. Loved the boot warmers in the garage! Only amenity missing that would've been nice to have was a BBQ Grill. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large group. Walking distance to the Canyons, quick Uber to main, plenty of space to congregate, and great amenities!

Great location, easy drive to Soldier Hollow. The resort was busy, but we enjoyed a quiet stay with no noise. Fun to walk across the street to Homestead Crater. Host was responsive. Kitchen was well stocked. Would be happy to stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! The scenery is beautiful, the house was clean and well stocked, and the location was amazing!

Amy’s space was a great space that had its own unique flair with the decor keeping up with the times despite the Zermatt Resort being a bit more dated. We loved this to celebrate a birthday with a girls weekend getaway. The hosts even went out of their way to allow me to get in earlier to put some birthday surprises inside! We all felt right at home! Thanks!

We loved every minute of our Midway getaway. The property was clean, and had plenty of space/beds for everyone (we have a family of 7). The town is small so everything is close and just so much fun. The property also had a heated indoor and an outdoor pool and hot tub. We got to swim in the snow. It was fabulous! We will definitely be going back!

Had a great staycation with my family. My kids adored the indoor/outdoor pool. My wife loved swimming with our kids during the snowstorm, definitely a first of its kind experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Jill’s place was the perfect stay for our ski weekend! Plenty of space, charming amenities, and easily walkable to Brighton. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Plus, Jill was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dave and Tristy’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. We also spent our evenings around the fire pit, making s’mores and enjoying the peaceful surroundings—it was truly the perfect way to end the day. Dave and Tristy were incredible hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They’ve clearly put a lot of effort into making their cabin a welcoming retreat, and it really shows. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to come back

We loved our stay here so much we extended it for two more nights! Corey was very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. The home is immaculately clean and well decorated. Lots of extra space, a separate TV/media room upstairs for our little boy to watch his own shows, along with toys for him to play with. The highlight at the end of each day was the hot tub which is very large in size and has the best views off the balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The location of this place couldn’t be better, just a little more than 5 minutes from town with the best restaurants! Midway itself is an amazing little foodie city… we were so impressed with the food and the charm of the town, we said we would stay here over Park City any day! This place is fabulous and will make your vacation simply the best!

My family had a wonderful stay at Aaron's house! We were there for our annual Ski trip and we enjoyed the house very much. There was lots of room to spread out. We all enjoyed the Hot tub. INstructions were very clear. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would come back!

This is a great place to stay for a skiing vacation at Sundance. The house was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely book this again with any future trips to Sundance!

We had a three-night stay in March and were there for skiing at Sundance. The house was extremely comfortable and very well thought out. All of the light switches (and there were many!) are labeled. The kitchen had all of the utensils, dishes, etc. that you need to make meals like you would at home. This was one of the best houses I've rented regarding the kitchen. The seating areas upstairs and downstairs are great and give people enough room to spread out. The outside space is lovely. Although we didn't explore the yard due to the snow, the hot tub and porch furniture were fabulous. We had a few questions while we were there and both the management company and property owner were very responsive. The house is a 5 minute drive to the Sundance resort and the skiing was terrific. I hope we will be able to come back and stay in the house during warmer weather to explore the area further.
