My partner and I had a wonderful time here. Very comfortable and well accommodated. There's a scenic short hike just down the road. This place strikes a really nice balance between remote/unplugged and comfortable for quality time.

We rented both Big Bear and Little Bear for a group and they were perfect for our needs. The cabins are in a great location, the decor and furnishings are just what we were looking for, it's nice to be able to park right there, and the hosts were very flexible with our needs. Will certainly plan to return!

Would definitely stay again. Place was exactly as described and easy to find and get into. Super appreciate the pet-friendly setup!

Great place! Perfect location and the house is laid out very well with a convenient place for skis and snowy clothing, plenty of beds and a great loft. The hot tub was a great way to start and end the day.

Lovely open log cabin, with multiple sleeping areas. Hot tub out back and massage chair upstairs were big surprise bonuses that were thoroughly enjoyed.

The most perfect quaint cabin! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! All the details — wood burning stove, decor, beds, linens, nice hot tub! We would love to come back and stay again!

The cabin was perfect for our long weekend getaway to the snow! We were able to walk to Government Camp for necessities, the shuttle to Timberline, and skibowl for cosmic tubing! the road to the house was difficult to get up with 2WD with tire socks but there is another road (plowed and de iced) you can take to the top of the hill. lots of sleeping space for 8 of us! with cozy beds and lots of pillows and blankets. games, movies, cooking spices and supplies.

Overall we love to stay here. The internet is very spotty but you’re in the mountains so, se la vie.

Justin and Alicia were quick to get back to us with any concerns or questions we had. The views were spectacular and the cabin was well equipped and comfortable. A few minor suggestions would include making the microwave more accessible and having the guide to the house and the area in a printed notebook instead of only online. The dirt road access was bumpy, but the cabin and views made it all worthwhile.

Perfect for two families. Quiet with great view of Mount Hood. Kitchen had everything, beds comfortable, cozy fireplace and warm wood-stove. We all loved your book collection! And games. Thank you for lovey weekend in your home!

If you’re looking for something cozy, relaxing, & private this is a perfect spot. My partner and I had a great time even with the rainy weather. Rhonda was quick to respond to questions and provided great suggestions for nearby places to eat/explore. The cabin itself was well-stocked for not having a stove, and even included a few surprisingly thoughtful items in the kitchen and bathroom (K cups, creamers, small soaps, toothbrushes, etc.). In better weather I could see this being a great launching point for nearby hiking.

We had an incredible stay at Kelly’s cabin. It was way more spacious than we even expected from the pictures which was a nice surprise. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There are a couple flights of stairs (if you’re traveling with a baby or someone elderly) but was totally fine for us. The location is very convenient. It was so nice that snowshoes and hiking poles are provided, though the trails were packed down enough that we didn’t use them. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cabin or book another stay here!

This was our family's second time staying at the cabin, and we'll definitely be back! The cabin is well appointed and very comfortable.

Cute and cozy cabin with a great wood burning stove that heated the whole house nicely. Couldn’t have asked for a better location - walking distance to Government Camp restaurants & only a few blocks from the Summit Ski Area. Will definitely be back soon!

Cabin was clean, warm and the bed was super comfortable. Unfortunately the local restaurant was closed all weekend. A small grocery is close for food and beverage supplies. Many nearby wineries were also closed for the month of January. Not the fault of this host, but something to check ahead of time.

Great place to stay in the heart of Government Camp. Walkable to Summit and 1 block from all the restaurants, store, etc. in town. Great value overall. The house is rustic and filled with charm - you can tell it has been designed with love and life. We stayed with our 3 and 4 year old girls and they loved it too. Could fit another family if you are okay with being a little tight. Definitely going to book here again.

Absolutely amazing stay! We had a great time. Only one complaint is there wasn’t a lot of hot water but we made do.

Cute little cabin in Government Camp. May was actually a nice time to visit because there was hardly anyone there. Too late for the skier crowd, to early for the hiker crowd. BUT the lower trails were passable (I did Mirror Lake, Trillium Lake, Tamanawas Falls, and Ramona Falls). The higher trails still had several feet, so would have needed snow shoes. Government Camp is more like a large neighborhood, you can walk anywhere. I really enjoyed the stay.
