Sheri and David were amazing hosts who immediately made us feel at home upon arrival. They provided all listed amenities. They clean and maintain the pool and hot tub every morning. They make a fresh homemade breakfast for guests every morning that was excellent! The farm is in a more remote area that provides privacy while being only 35mins from Panama City Beach. They really go above and beyond by ensuring the cleanliness of the rooms stocked with everything one could need. They also have a nice bon fire area, grilling patio, and projection screen for a nice family outdoor movie night. I found the price unbeatable to surrounding rentals and would definitely recommend to any family! They're working in adding in a laundry space, but in the meantime they're only 19mins away from the cleanest and most upgraded laundromat I have ever been to. I was able to complete 1wk of laundry for a family of 5 in one large load. With a speedy wash/dry option that was done in 1 hr and was nice!

We had a wonderful time here! The private, white sandy beaches are beautiful especially with the sun sets! We went with our kids and they had a ton of fun playing with the sand toys and the floats that the hosts provided. The decks were amazing too, the grill, lights, and music provided a relaxing space after the long days at the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable, great communicators, and so kind. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again!

The place was amazing. My family loved it and it was so neat. Every day we were greated with wild turkey and wild deer on the property and it wasn't a far drive to the beach or springs.

The house was amazing. There was so much to do. Plenty of room for my big family. Love being able to wake up, drink my coffee and look at the water. Rebecca was amazing and so sweet. I would definitely book again.

We had an outstanding week at Donald’s lake house. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Very peaceful surroundings. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Paradise lake is clean, peaceful and full of fish and wildlife. We had a blast, Thanks to Donald.

We stay every year and the place is always nice a clean and Thala makes the best homemade goodies for her guests. Any time communication has been needed she has responded very promptly. Great Host.

Laura & her husband were very responsive and delivered what I needed immediately. I just needed extra trash bags. I really appreciate Laura for letting me about the storm on my last night. She gave me the option to check out early without any penalty. We decided to stay as she had her husband unlock the shed in case we needed to use it from the storm. Traveling with children it was so helpful to have a washer & dryer available. The seasonings were stocked that helped us. I don't have any complaints. The property is very beautiful and very peaceful.

The Airbnb was very homey and clean. Carrie was a great communicator and sent clear instructions on how to locate the unit upon arrival. A less than 5 minute drive to Ponce de Leon Springs State Park.
