Valerie, Jim, and Dixie were absolutely fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about them and their lovely home. I felt so welcomed and had the best time. Valerie was especially personable and me feel comfortable and right at home. She gave me a few lifts to Bardstown, which were beyond helpful and shared some great recommendations! The pool and fishing pond are delightful, the hammock is amazing, and the views are beautiful. Angel’s Rest was pure paradise and I would 100% stay again!!

Amazing layout of a house with all the creature comforts of home. Well situated with fun areas to explore out and about and plenty to do if you just want to stay inside and chill. Hosts were super friendly and responsive even when I was too distracted having fun with all the games and snow outside to notice their reply to my question about the WiFi, they came out and fixed the issue which ended up just needing to be plugged in, something I should have easily done had I been paying attention to my phone. We had so much fun!

This visit to Springfield, Kentucky was an unexpected one for a family funeral. Deborah learned of our trip and quickly went out of her way to get the house ready for us in the middle of a VERY snowy and icy week in Central Kentucky! We arrived on a frigid day, and fell into the warmth of Deborah's "open-armed hug" in the coziness of her beautiful turn-of-the century Carriage House! We have really come to love this home-away-from-home, and continue to be amazed at how well-appointed it is; Deborah & Dale have thought of everything to make it the perfect stay in the heart of the Bluegrass! The convenience of being so close to shops and restaurants was topped off with a snowy walk to have lunch in town and gaze at the historical beauty of this Americana gem! The Lincoln Suites was a great stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and courteous. Restaurants, shops, and convenience stores were in walking distance. Charlie made it very simple for the check in and always answered questions promptly. I definitely recommend this stay if you are into cost efficient, clean, and spacious stays!

We always enjoy our time at Larry’s Place. Larry is always easy to communicate and quick to respond. The house is always very clean and orderly and we while we don’t always need them, we always appreciate the little extras in the kitchen like coffee, oatmeal, and granola bars for morning. My kids always love the space in the house and love running around on the property. We usually bring our own food for cooking, but there are definitely great restaurants to visit. We love the peace that the house and property provides and look forward to another stay.

Thank you, Anne for a lovely stay. The home was inviting, charming and comfortable. The Smith House has a homey, warm feeling the minute you walk in. Very close to downtown Springfield. An easy walk. I will definitely stay there again.

This was a great place with a great small town with really nice people. It wasn’t in a bad location very beautiful on the inside. Great backyard had everything you needed on the inside if you forgot something at home I for sure recommend if you’re in Kentucky to try this Airbnb as one of a kind. I never ran out of anything, and the host was absolutely phenomenal.
