Great place to gather with our family for hiking and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked. Propane grill was a nice plus! Connor was a great host!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and beautiful cabin, it was a perfect location for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 infant, and a dog). Very well equipped for infants, which we appreciated. Would love to return!

This Airbnb was EXTREMELY clean and the placement of all the furniture and amenities was really thought out! We really enjoyed hitting the golf balls and playing pickleball in the morning. I will say that there are some parts going up to the location where an all wheel drive vehicle is recommended but it’s not impossible to access without one! Overall great views, great home features, and great value!

Mountain Mama’s Airbnb was everything we hoped for—cozy, and surrounded by stunning views. The cabin had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a family getaway with middle school age kids. The amenities were great, and we had easy access to hiking. The host was very responsive and friendly, and the house was clean when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin - it was less than 15 minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs, and while it was too cold for water activities, it was right off of the Cacapon River. The lodgings were super clean and we had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed for cooking. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Berkeley Springs.

This is our third time staying here. We love the peace and quiet, easy access in the mountains that doesn't require a 4x4 vehicle. We stock up on groceries from home or the local Food Lion in downtown Berkeley Springs, then make all of our meals. Our kids enjoy the sleeping loft upstairs and the main floor bedroom is quite comfortable, we all slept quite well on each respective bed. The view outside is great, the screened in porch is so nice to have, ensuring a bug-free, relaxing time out in the cool mountain air. The wood burning fireplace helps with the cozy factor when inside, and even though we go there to get away from all the fast movement in the city, it is also nice to have satellite TV just in case you are feeling up to watching a movie by the fire. We will definitely be going back again in the future.

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

Had a great stay here! Cabin was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Nice location, very private. Lots of helpful communication from the host prior to our stay, so it was easy to find the cabin and check in. They have an emergency number in case of any issues outside business hours. It was just two of us this time but we would stay here again with friends or family!

We were looking for a place close to home for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway. We enjoyed relaxing at the house. Took a walk to a local coffee shop. Visited some local wineries and a local potter who I used to work with. Enjoyed the quick getaway! Thanks for making everything so seamless.

This place was beautiful! We had a little welcome gift waiting for us! There was an “oppsie” basket in each bathroom in case you forgot something which was wonderful. The views in the backyard alone were gorgeous and the home is so close to the state park with even more beautiful views!

Absolutely loved it! Beautiful scenery, hot tub was amazing, just a nice place to stay with kids and family.

Katie’s cottage was great! There was plenty of space inside and out. We loved the screened porch, deck and hot tub! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially appreciated the healthy snacks, electric fans for bedrooms, charging cords and provided wood. The checkout chores were very minimal and Katie was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Great stay!

Dylan is a GREAT host and super fast with responses! Such a peaceful, private location. But only 20 mins from the local reataurants, antique shops and more! Big enough for few friends but perfect for a couple as well. The cell service is spotty so make sure you save the wifi information before arriving.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaitlyn's place. The cabin was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to make meals there. We LOVED the screened in porch and bed swing. The screened in porch was a great place to do yoga in the mornings. We will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our long weekend here. It was especially cozy since there was a snowstorm.

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate the New Year and loved it. If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, quiet and comfy house in Berkeley Springs, we highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful weekend........we cooked out both nights on the deck and had a snowcrab feast saturday night and ate outside at the picnic table.... We absolutely loved the cornhole set up and played for hours both days... The outdoor firepit was awesome and we spent many hours enjoying the fire.
