Great spot especially if you’re looking to go downtown Johnson City. You’ll never have to worry about a DUI because it’s an easy walk everywhere, lol. Plenty of amenities and is very very clean. The feel of the loft is overall comforting and safe. I would highly recommend any of the lofts in this space.

Wonderful place to stay in Johnson City with tons to do within walking distance. Train is close but the train is close everywhere downtown. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive. If our travels take us back to JC, we will certainly stay here.

This apartment rental was awesome! It is a unique space and renovation, extremely clean and had an abundance of space. Brent had the apartment stocked with coffee, tea, new linens and towels, and extremely comfortable beds and pillows! We will definitely stay here again! Easy check in and check out.

I loved this stay! It’s in a gorgeous neighborhood that’s very walkable. It’s within walking distance to downtown and local restaurants. It was a great place to stay.

What a gem! This was the perfect location for our stay in Johnson City. In the middle of downtown, walkable to a handful of bars and restaurants. The host had amazing recommendations that we took advantage of. Instructions to finding the Airbnb were very clear, where to park, where NOT to park, and how to access buildings and condo. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Johnson City.

Victoria's place was great. Very nice and clean. She is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our time and will stay again if in the area.

Anthony’s place was good for a few nights stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We booked at the last minute due to a problem with a different place we had originally booked and we really appreciated Anthony’s flexibility with that. You may wish to bring a sleep mask if you’re sensitive to light in the morning as there are no curtains or blinds (the glass has frosted sticky paper on it for privacy). The place was clean and seemed quite new and modern.

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly how it was described. The bed was super comfortable. They supplied coffee and an assortment of pastries. Their place was convenient for us as it was close by to family. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

We booked very last minute and Shannon was extremely accommodating! The place was larger inside than we thought it would be, which would be great if you have more then 2 people staying. It was an easy walk to downtown and seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood.

Booked last minute after a death in the family. Was perfect for our needs as three siblings needing to stay together. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. Location is convenient to North JC. Would stay again!

Kenneth and Runae's attention to detail is second to none. The space was perfect for our needs! Beautiful space and peaceful surroundings. Friendly attentive hosts! My daughter wanted to move in :) Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I needed a couple of days away and this was a perfect choice! I enjoyed the hot tub. The setting is very peaceful and I read and slept lot! This is in a rural area but Asheville is close (~30 mins) so I spent some time there. There are some great restaurants in Weaverville (~15 mins). Susie is a great host. The Studio is very well appointed so you will have everything you need. Hot tub is right outside and towels are provided. An excellent choice for R&R!

Great place exactly as described! Close to what we wanted to do but far away enough from noise well until the Speedway starts probably 🤣 Very responsive hosts answered all my questions promptly! Clean & spacious! 5 stars!
