What a great place to stay! Had everything we needed, was SO cutely designed and the location was awesome! Walkable to restaurants & shops - just what we wanted for a few days exploring Johnson City and the Tri-Cities.

This was a great property for our family! It was well furnished with comfortable furniture and well supplied kitchen. The fenced yard was perfect for our pet and small grandchild. We loved the arrangement of the bedrooms. Stephanie had clear instructions for check in and out. We also greatly appreciated the flexible times for both!

newly remodeled, great decor not cluttered at all very clean quiet neighborhood very comfortable primary bed nice shower and jacuzzi tube...I didn't know I needed all those jets! great kitchen nice game room overall would recommend this airbnb

This is a very pleasant and cozy place. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had good closet space. The bathrooms were very clean with decent towels. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night’s rest. The home is easy to find and close to many nice stores and restaurants with quick access to downtown.

Such a beautiful place! So much attention to detail in the decor and amenities! I have stayed in a lot of places, this one is different my favorite. 10/10 recommend and I will be back! I wouldn’t change a thing!

We had a lovely stay. Communication was prompt and friendly. The view was beautiful. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the wraparound porch. Would recommend.

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

Carrie was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She is proactive and a very responsive communicator. The space was spotless and beautiful on the inside, just like the photos. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

We needed a few nights stay in Johnson City for a beauty pageant . This was a great place to stay and close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again !

First of all, the mix of exposed bricks and a more modern look was fantastic. Had everything you would need and more. Crap I forgot my ice cream in the freezer. That water pressure was amazing!!!

We were at this rental during Tropical Storm Helene. With no electricity or cellular, we could not answer his emails or texts during our stay. He was very understanding once I was able to reach him. The neighbors were phenomenal--helpful and generous to us since we had very little food etc. Once this resort is up and running again, I recommend staying in this rental.

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.

Little Switzerland was everything I hoped it would be and more! Stephanie thought of special details that made it really feel like home! She was so thoughtful and accommodating and we cannot wait to stay here again!! Thank you so much Stephanie!!!

The townhouse was decorated beautifully, super clean, and provided every amenity we needed, even local coffee!
