Derrick's place was hands down the best family getaway I have ever been to! The number of amenities at this home is insane. Pool, hot tub, arcade, pickleball, cornhole, outdoor fire, games, climbing wall, TVs, video games ... the list just keeps going! On top of this, the home is just 20 minutes from Zions National Park which allowed us to visit and climb Angel's Landing. This home was huge and clean. We were just a family of 10 but you could easily sleep 20 people here. Book this place now ... you wont regret it! Thanks again for everything Derrick!

This place has it all! The spaces were big, beds comfortable, it had all the essentials plus more! We used the pool and projector every night after we got back to the house. The sauna was an amazing feature and so relaxing for the adults. It was well put together, beautiful decorations, warm blankets, pillows, towels and more. TV's were equipped with plenty of platforms to watch on. The kids and adults were always entertained! Brock and Laurie were quick and responsive with any questions we had. We would recommend this place and stay again!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Mandi’s place. From start to finish we had plenty of options to enjoy our time in Santa Clara. The communication with Mandi was straightforward and prompt making it a great choice of places to stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we loved it as much as we did the first time!

Kristi's home was a perfect oasis for us after a terrible experience with another Airbnb host who canceled our Spring Break reservation without notice. Our family of four had been traveling all day, and were very tired. After discovering that our host had canceled our reservation without any notice (beware of "Wacey" in Hurricane, Utah), we contacted Kristi and even though it was late at night and her regular cleaners would not arrive until the next morning, she offered to clean the home up herself after her last renters so that we would have a place to stay. Her and her husband's hospitality was a nice antidote to the rough treatment we received from the prior host. The home itself is wonderful. Plenty of room and everything you might need for a relaxing break. Clean and comfortable, charming decor, tall ceilings and with a game and movie room to boot. We would definitely stay at Kristi's again!

Jenifer was a great host. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. You could hear people upstairs when they were walking around but it didn’t bother us. There were lots of extras that weren’t on the listing which was nice. We didn’t get to use the theater but there were lots of movies in there. We did enjoy the board games one night. The filtered water in the fridge was great to fill our packs before heading to Zions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, a lot of activities including basketball, tetherball, a pool, mini golf, giant chess, and an adjustable pickleball court that can become volleyball and even more inside! The scenery is amazing and the house is modern.

We loved it here! It was very clean, and well kept. It was quiet, without any distractions. The host was amazing, even leaving sparkling cider out for us, since we were eloping. Would recommend this place to anyone a thousand times over.

This was by far our most enjoyable stay! We’ve had a ton of different stays in the past and for all different occasions. This one was our most favorite and exceeded all our expectations! We’re very happy with our stay. Very spacious and welcoming. It had everything we needed and some. Our family swam everyday in the private pool and relaxed in the spas. Perfect weather all week long. Beds were extremely comfortable. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I could go on and on. Matt was very friendly and very responsive. He was always respectful, polite and friendly every time I had a question. Thank you Matt for hosting our family in your beautiful home. We hope to book again in the future.
