Great place with a beautiful river view out back. Kitchen is stocked with every kind of utensil or pot you would need, including a blender. The kids loved the giant bean bag and lofted walkway.

Great stay in Bristol would definitely stay again if in town. Clean house, private backyard perfect for traveling with pups. Comfortable bed and super clean house! Thank you!

Our stay at this charming home was the perfect choice for our mini-vacation. We loved how we could stroll to a variety of scenic hiking trails, delightful shops, and local favorites that truly captured the essence of Damascus. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere added to the joy of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore the area!

El sitio estuvo excelente para ir a descansar y desconectarse de la ciudad, relajarte en familia, la casa fue muy cómoda. Si tienes niños pequeños, disfrutaran mucho en el terreno que es bastante grande, puedes hacer parrilla y tienes varias atracciones cerca y adicional estas a 48 minutos de Boone. Melina tuvo una excelente asistencia en tiempo récord, una cuando no podíamos abrir la puerta, la llamamos y nos atendió al momento para abrir desde su locación y la otra fue con un breaker que se tripeo en panel, la respuesta fue inmediata. Realmente volveré a rentar el próximo año, Gracias Melina.

Mary and Vaughn's place is amazing. We've stayed 3 times now - so it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Beautiful home - well stocked and very clean! Incredibly responsive and welcoming hosts. They have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home! FIVE stars!

We just stopped over on our way, but found the place to be very comforting and pleasant. It is off the beaten path, but I think it is apparent when renting it and was what we were looking for. The place was clean and comfortable, everything you may need was there. Stocked coffee was a great touch. it is great for short and, especially, for long stays. Highly recommend.

We had a great and comfortable stay. I wish we could’ve stayed more than a night to enjoy the place more. We will stay again in the future and plan on staying longer to enjoy the hot tub and the amazing view. Jim is so nice and very friendly. This place is highly recommended.

Very interesting stay. Our 1st reservation canceled due to storms knocking out power and water. We found Mary's place that morning and she responded immediately to our request. Unfortunately, while on our drive to Abingdon, the power went out at Mary's also but still had water. We decided to stay and Mary bent over backwards to help make our stay enjoyable. Luckily, the power came back on for our 2nd night. I would not hesitate to stay again. Mary and her family are wonderful people. They are the reason we had such a nice experience during the aftermath of such a horrible storm.

Beautiful view !! Comfortable bed. Hot tub a big plus ! Jim was very helpful and had great recommendations for local hikes. I could literally see the snow moving in across the mountain. It was the perfect spot !

Laura’s place was exactly as described and pictured. Laura and her husband were responsive and friendly host. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Beautiful surroundings near by 🙂

Great location on Main Street in Abingdon, you can walk to a number of cafes and restaurants as well as local shops! Quiet residential location! We would recommend this place to everyone! 5 stars all around. Thank you, Mike & Susan

David and Sharlene are phenomenal hosts, and their property is top notch! Everything is well thought out for guests, and there are a lot of nice small touches, too. They also went out of their way to solicit feedback from us, mindful of the guest experience down the road, which sets them apart from a lot of other hosts. This is a fantastic property, right on the Creeper and adjacent to the river, such a peaceful place. It's quiet and private, comfortable, and convenient to both Damascus and Abingdon. We love their properties, have been multiple times, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Damascus! Additionally, Stuart was really flexible with us, as we ended up needing to move our stay up a few days and she was able to accommodate us and was friendly and understanding. The cabin is cozy and beautiful with a rustic feel on the inside and is an easy walk to town. Damascus is a great central location for lots of hiking and we took advantage of all the surrounding trails.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful and private. Can’t wait to visit again in warmer weather and really explore the area. Cabin is super cozy and has everything you need.

This cabin is close to everything you need in Damascus, but we were so surprised with how private and secluded we felt! The cabins are tucked away off the main road, and there is a privacy tree buffer which adds to the woodsy feel. Although we had neighbors in the adjacent cabin, we could not see or hear them - the decks have great privacy screening. The back deck was by far our favorite place! It is incredibly spacious and we loved the 3 different seating options - swing, rocking chairs, or pub chairs & table. We walked down to the creek and had fun wading. It was wonderful to see and hear the creek and the cows from the deck. The screen door allowed us to sleep with the deck door open so we could hear the creek all night. It was heavenly! The cabin had everything we needed and was super clean. The jacuzzi tub was awesome after a day on the Creeper Trail. We were here two nights in September and had a perfect stay!

Misti went above and beyond as our host. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday, and the house was cozy and we loved the area. But what really made a difference was how helpful she was to locate my watch that my wife gave me for my birthday a few years ago. I thought I lost I forever, but with the help of Misti she found it !! all I can say is that made my day and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice home in Damascus.

We very much enjoyed the farm, it was peaceful, perfect for our family reunion, the highlights were the views (sunset and sunrise). We prepared our Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had what we needed. Plenty of open space to host our family and grandchildren. The sauna was a perk that we also enjoyed.

This host provides stellar communication and the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. The experience made me stop and think about our earth in a different light. The cabin and bathroom were so immaculate it did not feel like camping at all except that is was! Is it made of cedar? How did it smell so fresh all the time? Wonderful. The shared space for cooking and relaxing also added a layer of adventure. I loved this experience immensely. Thank you for your hospitality:)
