Place was clean and easy to find. Only thing was getting up the stairs was a bit of a squeeze but I was able to make my way up just fine. The shower did only go half way up the heat so it was a bit cold.

Lovely large apartment. Not a basement at all. More of a walk out - it has lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen. Previous review about common space unfounded. Totally secure. You can use laundry - pretty sweet - which is shared we are biking to C&O canal and it is well located for that! Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Occoquan! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was easy, and the home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The space was cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the heart of historic Occoquan, where I enjoyed exploring the charming shops, local restaurants, and scenic waterfront. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind while still being close to everything. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed.

Our stay on N. Payne St was just perfect. House is very comfortable and everything we needed was easy to find and good quality. Would recommend this area to anyone who wants a quieter experience close enough to everything to be convenient but not right in the mix which could be more noisy. Very much looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful location in the heart of Alexandria's Historic District. Easy walk to the water, King Street and all the surrounds. Hamilton's place was both charming and lovely - felt like a home away from home. All the amenities you could want: lots of coffee and tea options for your morning (Keurig, Nespresso, and a coffee press - plus plenty of coffee/tea offered, so thoughtful!). There is a quiet outdoor courtyard in the back off of the kitchen with a seating area and dining area, and we enjoyed slow mornings in the sun-dappled graciously appointed living room. It's a treat to stay in Hamilton's place and would love to return. Highly recommend!

Charming Airbnb. Clean and loved the personal touches - the castle picture in the hall, the washington picture in the bedroom, mini toiletries in the bathroom, extra blanket, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, and of course the tv. Location is absolutely perfect. It doesn't get more convenient. We walked nearly everywhere for 4 days. We loved the Wharf area; there is so much to do. What a fun place to stay in DC! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. It was clean, the bathroom/shower was perfect, towels fluffy and soft, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the sleeping pillows were perfect (almost like bringing our own from home). The bedroom being in the back made it quiet enough to sleep without interruption. We appreciated the ability to adjust the temperature as necessary. We'd rent it again.

The place was beautiful, the only thing is that it’s next to the street so it’s loud, there’s cars driving by all night. Next to a lot of beautiful waterfront shops, very quick to get to places, the place was very clean. I would recommend for people who are planning on going out. Quick access to dc and Maryland

What a WONDERFUL experience!! After exhausting days out and about- it was so nice to come back to what quickly felt like home!! Such a comfortable bed, couch and cozy fireplace during what was an uncommonly frigid winter week. Restaurants were a quick block away, and were FABULOUS!! We look forward to coming back and were made to feel so welcome that we even extended our stay which Amy so graciously accommodated. We look forward to coming back during warmer weather. A+++ Host Great location Fun house I misunderstood and thought there were four bedrooms instead of three bedrooms with a ballroom that could be turned into a bedroom but didn’t have a door. Nevertheless, we were wonderfully comfortable and we had a fantastic host.

The house was perfect and beyond what I expected. I have absolutely no complaints.
