Our party of 7 had a wonderful stay at David and Emona’s beach house. What struck us most is that the house felt much more like a home than a rental. It is newly renovated, very clean, and has lovely decor and touches throughout. The house was also generously stocked with all the essentials (toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, beach gear etc.). David and Emona were excellent hosts very responsive from the moment we booked to the time we left. We hope to stay again. Thank you!

This is a wonderful spot for the area! Walkable to the beach, several restaurants, stores, and ice cream shops. We loved being nearby everything, but still being on a quiet street in a private home. If I ever go back to Ventnor, I will be reaching out to Amy again:)

Manish and Monika were so helpful. The property was beautiful and secluded. My family really enjoyed the game room. We would love to come back again for our next track weekend at NJMP!

Kimberly’s place was wonderful for our larger group. It was very spacious. Photos match the description. We were a 2 blocks from the beach which was wonderful. The house comes with two parking permits but Kimberly was able to provide some helpful info on where to find parking. Street parking was also not difficult to find even on a busy long weekend. Communication with Kimberly was the best. She is proactive with all information and responds almost immediately to all questions. One quick note - there is no dishwasher. Not an issue as this is not listed but putting it on the reviews so other guests are aware. We found no issues as this was listed in other reviews and we were prepared and brought disposable plates, etc. Other than that- Kimberly’s kitchen was completely stocked. Beautiful place just as described and wonderful location! Highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others. A few small spots could have been cleaned a bit more and the price was a bit steep compared to similar locations, but ultimately happy we chose to stay here and the size of the home was perfect for what we needed.

The location of this house was perfect. Two quick blocks to the beach and walking distance to Ventnor restaurants. The house came equipped with beach chairs, towels, and tags. The outdoor shower behind the house made it easy to rinse off before coming in. Great property to stay in for a beach week.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful, super clean, and great hosts who were extremely responsive when we had one question. We highly recommend! We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful decor. Very clean, peaceful neighbourhood and close to the train and buses. J was very helpful and communicative throughout. Really lovely touches, and lots of condiments. It felt like home!
