We stayed at this beautiful cottage over the last few days, and even though the weather didn’t agree with us, this home away from home absolutely did. It had everything we needed, tucked away, private, and cozy. Cannot wait to come back!

We had so much fun at this location. So peaceful and relaxing We did take our 3 young children with us and they had an absolute blast, throwing rocks in the river, caught a few lizards and had a blast exploring. Our dog had the time of his life out there My husband and i had a nice relaxing time and great views from the bedrooms upstairs. The best was so comfortable as well, i will definitely miss that. We will be back once the river goes down a bit so we can get to enjoy that anymore. The only suggestion id have is to pack your own bottles of water, the drinking water is very slow and the amount of water our family drinks it was a trickle at the end of the day and could not fill our drinking glasses

This space is not big enough to list all the awesome compliments !! I was trying to find a unique scenario for my sister visiting from Ontario Canada, she only had a 3 day stopover. Cabin- Beach -Island getaway 30 mins from hm - dog friendly - hot tub - BBQ - clean 2 bdrm? Susan's place had everything! I'm a WA resident, but became a tourist, we visited every nook of the island, took every dog friendly opportunity, and tasted too many wines - never mind, no such thing !! (ha ha) The week predicted rain, and we anticipated "Wet Westcoast"... but we had an unexpected week of full spring sunshine, which just added the perfect touch. Susan's place felt like a comfortable cabin right away, and really did have every possible amenity we could think of. Very clean & fresh & the best welcome message next to her organized book of instructions and features. What a find ! Dogs had non stop "bunny & bird watching" until all hours. Eagles!!! Cedar plank BBQ salmon! 10 stars fabulous !

The stay was quiet. The neighborhood was nice and close to the river

This little house on a lake is just gorgeous; the inside is not the biggest but is perfectly layouted, taking maximum usage of the space, and all of the furniture is really nice. The wifi is fast, the outside area is both well-maintained and gorgeous (of particular delight: sitting outside on the covered deck while it rained with the propane fire pit going while reading a book and watching the lake: priceless!), and nighttime fairy lights across the entire yard down to the lake give that extra bit of ambiance. Would definitely go back! Host Eric is very nice and responsive as well; met him walking my dog and he seems like a good egg.

We had a wonderfully peaceful winter stay. Was always quiet and relaxing while either playing cards, reading or going fkr a walk. And there's something special about being in a spa while it's snowing. We'll be back!

So comfortable to find a clean place to stay and relax from the road trip drive! This home had a lot of nice details that the kids and I appreciated!

Great vacation with the kids! Games, puzzles, outdoor space for playing, relaxing hot tub. Great kitchen, stocked with all the necessary items. Peaceful getaway with the family. Would definitely stay here again.

Debe’s place offered beautiful sweeping views, a relaxing hot tub and an inviting place to rest after skiing. She was great with communicating, hospitable after our ski injury and even offered to walk the dogs while we were away. The cottage was a lovely, much needed get away!

This house was really well stocked and very convenient for clam digging! Super close to the beach and to restaurants/amenities.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely cottage. Having arrived late at night, we were especially excited to wake up to such beautiful ocean views. (Seeing Mt. Rainier would have required clearer weather unfortunately.) The cottage was very quaint, cozy, and clean and convenient to some really cute shops and great restaurants. It was also fully stocked with coffee, tea, spices, toiletries, and other basic supplies. Our host Thomas was absolutely spectacular and went above and beyond! Not only did he have a nice bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival, he spent a considerable amount of time sharing his invaluable insights about Bainbridge Island with us as we were in town to explore a potential move there. He also provided us with a helpful binder with cottage instructions and great recommendations/information regarding nearby restaurants and activities. Don't hesitate to book this cottage if you are fortunate enough to find an opening!

Such a comfortable little cottage. Quiet and perfect for a personal retreat. The hummingbirds were busy at the feeder in the courtyard and the beach is a nice walk downhill. I loved it.

This is our third visit. We love this farm so much! The animals entertain the kiddos, plus the land is fun to explore. We even enjoy the VHS player in the space for some movie days when it rains. The home stays nice and warm with the fire 🔥 going. It has been a beautiful, wonderful place to stay when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff and Traci's. It was the perfect peaceful getaway for our wedding anniversary especially since we were the only tourists there in March. Our dog loves the beach and she had a great time. The views are beautiful and the area is very quiet and secluded. We loved the open floor plan, comfortable furniture, and all the detailed decor. There was plenty of room for our dog's kennel. Jeff and Traci have everything you could possibly need and even provide binoculars for guests to watch local wildlife. We were able to capture a bald eagle and an enormous blue heron with our cameras. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We had to be careful of glass when walking the dog on the beach; however, we saw a family from across the street cleaning the beach themselves. It's obvious the locals really care about their beach and we appreciated their dedication to keep it clean.

This place is super nice. Two bedrooms and really feels like a home. The Mountain View’s are spectacular and all the birds attracted by multiple bird feeders was fun to watch. And so close to town but you still feel like you are million miles away. Highly recommended!

This was our return visit to Paula's place. We love the location (on the beach, close to Langley), the peaceful surroundings, and the view. The cottage is cozy and had everything we needed. Paula is accessible and helpful. We will be coming back again!

We as a family with an infant visited during thanksgiving long weekend and it was very peaceful and serene place to be at from the hustle of a city life. It is in the middle of these vineyards around the house at a secluded place. Overall the house is very well kept with all the amenities needed to spend your day just relaxing and watching over the huge fields through large glass windows. I will definitely visit in summer to enjoy all the activities which makes this place more lively. If you are looking for a peaceful place to spend your vacation and enjoy relaxing views then look no further. Also Joe and Susan were a great host who addressed all our small concerns around the house after check-in. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent time at this little cottage. We arrived late at night, but with the directions provided, we found it with no problem! The place was so clean and cozy, it was like your own little cottage in the woods. So private, but also close enough to go to store and eat also. Only problem, we wish we could have stayed longer!! 2 nights was not enough! My daughter wants to plan on return and stay here again, and really experience all the sightseeing stuff in Washington, we came for a wedding, so no time to sight see.. we really enjoyed this cottage! And the price was excellent also! Compared to a hotel, you don’t have any amenities, kitchen etc.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was the perfect getaway offering an excellent location for exploring the area or just relaxing, enjoying the amazing views of the mountains and water from the front windows. The cottage was well appointed with everything we needed. We were impressed by the information about the history of the cottage, farm, and surrounding area created by Jeff and Doug; a beautifully written story of family, community, and cultural connection. They were great host and we hope to return some day.

Great place to stay! Would absolutely stay here again. Arrival was easy and the cottage smelled amazing! Patsy was super responsive and overall it was a great stay!

We loved our stay at this cabin retreat. Everything was exactly as promised, and we had everything that we needed for our short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor deck, looking at the river and the welcoming atmosphere of the place. Bed was comfy & we slept great. Sweet & comfortable spot for two in Tonasket. We would stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Hilary! The place is decorated well and it was very cozy. Forks is such a cute town with friendly people. There are so many things to do nearby, you’ll never get bored!

Stayed here to get some focus work done without kiddos underfoot. It was nice hearing the waterfall in evening and the bed was cozy.
