Beautiful views! A short walk to the river which my children had such a fun time at the river that we had all to ourselves. Loved being in the outdoor space. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Super close to the National Park was able to get there early before the crowds. We had a great trip!

First, the amenities were outstanding - of course the basics were there but also little things that saved us precious time (like: darn, we forgot to bring ziplock bags! but wait! the kitchen has some already!) Second, the location is wonderful. The view includes the same river that formed Zion Canyon, rolling on by back of the place. It is also well-positioned for access to either the south entrance or west entrance of Zion National Park.

Location is amazing and peaceful with breathtaking views. Easy to find with straightforward directions and not too many rules. Quick 15-20min jaunt to the park opening. Cheryl was welcoming and proactive with local suggestions. Plus a very cute pup onsite. Was just a bit expensive after all the fees.

Perfect gateway location to the Zion Park with fully equipped kitchen and two spotless bedroom suites. Serene patio with uninterrupted views of Hurricane Cliffs with walking path to the Virgin River. Very responsive and caring host. Definitely will be back to stay at this place.

We had the best weekend, it was such a great place. We LOVED the location and how close to the amenities it was. So close to pickleball, community pool, & hot tub. Such a great house, beautiful decor, awesome layout, super comfortable beds. Happy in every way. When we come again, we will bring our own towels for the kids. The towels they provide for the pool are very thin (bathroom towels are cushy and squooshy perfect). Just a preference.

This is by far the best location on the lagoon! Beach is right in front and you’re very close to the main pool and soda shop. Great views at sunset! Plus the home gym in garage is really convenient if you want to work out on your trip!

Beautiful home in a great area. The hosts provided pickle ball racquets for the nearby courts. That was a fun perk! Pool was a great temperature. Enjoyed walking Hell hole trail. Great place. Would stay again

Amazing property! The home looks just like the photos and is in pristine condition. Well stocked kitchen including spices which is always much appreciated. Loved cooking on the huge Thermador range! Every room is an en-suite, so was comfortable for each party. Loved the backyard. The pool and hot tub heat up quick which was great because we ended up there on a week that was chilly. There's a great grill, corn hole boards, and a gas fire table. Also enjoyed the sound system throughout the house. Will def go back and stay in this property!

Amazing place and host was incredible to work with. We had 3 families staying on this stay and everyone had plenty of space and the resort is absolutely amazing! Thank you for such a great time in a great location! well worth every penny!

Great place to stay! Lots of room for a large group. Everything was very nice. Lots of nice rooms and beds. Great location close to the freeway to grab food and stuff to do in St. George. Host was quick to respond and we enjoyed our time there.

This place was awesome and great for our group of people to stay at. We'd recommend it to anyone. Lots of beds and bathrooms and the hot tub and swim spa were great. The community pool area was great as well. Red Sands was awesome and communicated very well when we had questions or concerns. I would love to rent an airbnb through this company again.

Thank you for letting our family stay at your beautiful home. We truly enjoyed our time in Washington. The location has easy access to the interstate, which was nice as we ventured out to see the sights of southern Utah. The home itself was spacious and had plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy time together as a family. 

Absolutely amazing. The host is very responsive so questions. The home was clean and well organized. The community was fabulous and so many fun things to do.

Everything was as expected. 5 stars all around - communication, location, property description. All went well ! Will look for this place again next year.

This was a really fantastic stay. The condo is very close to the lagoon and pickleball courts, where we spent most of our time. My only complaint is the 4 pm check in didn't really give us much time on the day of arrival to enjoy the amenities, but I knew that going in so nothing against the hosts. Just something to be aware of.
