Shirley's place was perfect for our little family. In a great location with all the amenities, it has everything you need - especially when travelling with a toddler. We had the best vacation here and would stay again. We would recommend this to all families and friends!

This was our second stay at this condo. We felt right at home! We love the convenience of the location. Helen is a wonderful host, detailed and responsive. The layout of the condo is perfect for our group of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 grandchildren. Plenty of space and privacy, and having a third bathroom is a major plus! This is a 2-story condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and the living room, kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, and half bathroom on the main floor. There are plenty of windows, giving lots of light and great air flow-through. Beds are very comfortable. Configuration of king-queen-2 twins in the 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for our group. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen has everything needed to cook in for every meal if desired. Lots of dishes and cookware. Nice full sized washer and dryer. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo is quiet and has a peaceful view from the living room, we saw a bobcat on the fence one morning. We could hear neighbors occasionally through the walls and floor and got very hungry smelling their cooking as though it was in our unit. The cleaners do a great job cleaning. Kitchen was stocked nicely with cookware and even had some spice selection. The only complaints were the wifi is quiet slow, load times and buffering on TV a lot, and the bed and sofa bed are extremely uncomfortable, definitely time for a new mattress in the bedroom. I wouldn't recommend anyone over 3 feet trying to sleep on the pullout it's not for adults. If the mattress was upgraded I would definitely return. The property grounds are also very well maintained and parking was easy. We didn't get to use the hot tub but it looked inviting and not crowded.

Kathy and Leo were very gracious hosts! Their home was cozy and spacious and offered my family a wonderful and cozy experience for our ski holiday. We are so thankful for their hospitality!

The home is spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the clubhouse with ping pong and hot tub. We walked to the local brewery and were close to several nice shopping areas.

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.

What a wonderful and peaceful escape! Getting to the place was easy as instructions were clear. It’s very quiet and peaceful and the place is very clean. The hot tub and sauna added to serenity. Everything is walkable, 15 minutes to great restaurants and 15 minutes to the lake. Would absolutely come back again! Quite a gem.

Wonderful cozy place for a staycation or a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need to make meals and the fenced yard was great for the dogs.

We stayed in the chalet with our 7-year-old and found it to be an ideal getaway. The home was cozy, functional, and filled with natural light from its many windows. We especially appreciated its child-friendly atmosphere and games and convenient location—just two blocks from the shuttle to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Jody's place is great. Well suited for.pur family with all needs, big kitchen , a yard in the back and fenced in front too made our dog play & be comfortable. Both the bedroms equipped with enough linens, comfy beds , Clean bathroom and we loved the loft room filled with board games, extra TV , sofa etc to hang out and also an extra bed , easily 2 kids can sleep (though we didn't use). Location is excellent, everything close by Jody is super friendly, easy to communicate with , excellent host.

We loved staying at this beautiful spot among the trees surrounded by lots of snow. This place is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want on vacation (even a coffee grinder, coffee machine, and filters). It is very close the Lake Tahoe and right down the road from Raley’s grocery store, kid-friendly restaurants, and sledding hills and ski slopes. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. We had a wonderful time with our little family. We highly recommend staying here!

We recently stayed at Megan's house in Reno and had a positive experience. The location was excellent! It was not too far from downtown, and we enjoyed a nice view from the master bedroom. The house was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We appreciated the three bedrooms and the comfortable living area. The first night was a bit cold for us because the batteries in the thermostat were very low, causing the temperature to cycle on and off. I bought new batteries and replaced them next day, which resolved the issue. The shower drain in the living room bathroom was blocked at that time, resulting in slow drainage, so we all had to use the shower in the master bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay. Will stay there again^^

Michael and Kara were excellent hosts who went above-and-beyond to make sure my family and I (including my dog!) had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. Even before checking in they gave us clear information for our visit. I really appreciated them being so organized because it meant I could relax on the trip. They also helped out with local recommendations which my family enjoyed. We also loved the decorations! Really felt a warm welcome. Thank you Michael and Kara!!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Pretty much had everything we needed to do for a cook out dinner with the family. Jacuzzi got hot but the jets didn’t work but we still manage to enjoy our stay. I love that it is very pet friendly and they had doggy toys, pee pads, and doggy bowls available. Location is 15 minutes away from all the Casinos which wasn’t that bad of a distance. Great home to stay for a peaceful get away from the city life in the Bay Area.

Our stay at Eric’s house was amazing. It’s the type of place you immediately feel comfortable in as soon as you walk through the door. The layout of the house works really well for multi-family vacationers. The kitchen is large, with nice appliances that work well. It was very functional, having everything we needed, plus some. The beds were comfortable and the yard is huge! Perfect for kids and pets to run around. The added amenities such as the huge hot tub and projector screen with surround sound for family movie night made for an epic in home theatre experience. Eric was always quick at responding and super friendly. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Our stay at Bill and Helen’s townhome in Incline Village was perfect! The house was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is incredibly convenient, close to a grocery store (literally a one minute walk), dining, and outdoor activities (including walking distance to Lake Tahoe). We immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. Helen was an attentive host, providing clear instructions and checking in on the day of arrival and pre-departure to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this wonderful spot – we would definitely stay again!

We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Amazing stay, we are sad to hear that this complex will be taken down over the next two years. These are really great condos that provide you easy access to all the awesome Hyatt amenities. We spent every day after snowboarding, hanging in the hot tub. Restaurants were great, walked to our two favorites, FUMU and Austins. Also able to walk to the beach and the Rec center. Such a perfect location!

We had a great time staying there. The place is so spacious yet we all felt really at home. It is only 20 min drive to Northstar. We didn’t do much cooking there but the kitchen equipments were pretty easy to use and all functional for coffee, toast, etc. there was a large grocery store nearby for a snacks for 3 growing boys.

Claudio made it super easy to get there, check in and not worry about anything except enjoy your time there. His house is well stocked with anything you might have forgotten and clear instructions on how to get there with screen shots, no way to get lost. Not to mention a binder with all questions and answers down to the little details such as "where can I find batteries". I really wish everyone ran their AirBnb as Claudio does, Excellent host, will definitely be back.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with cooking ware and utensils. Driving distances to the grocery store and restaurants. I didn't take advantage of it but you also get beach passes! We would stay here again but I wish they would heat the pool. It was colder than the lake.
