The main draw for us during this chilly season was the hot tub. It was large enough for our family of 5 and was very clean. I appreciated the comfortable beds/sleeping arrangements/clean extra blankets and pillows. My son who enjoys cooking for large groups appreciated the high quality cooking pots and pans and the variety of utensils. He particularly liked the Viking oven and the generous amount of stovetop burners. The standout quality of this home is its owner and his friendly and quick responsiveness. Very minor issues were resolved within a timely manner.

our stay at the Murphy house was 10/10 greatest experience at an airbnb so far. it accommodated our group perfectly. Pete is a great host and was very communicative. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. if we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in Reno again we will definitely come back.

Jeff’s home was perfect for a weekend getaway with my family. It was a bit chilly this time of year to enjoy the huge backyard in the evening, but the string lights at night looked lovely. Our two dogs (shepsky and chowsky) also had fun and loved playing and relaxing in the large backyard. There is plenty of space in each unit, including multiple full bathrooms. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the location is conveniently close to shopping. Jeff is a great host and responds quickly to inquiries. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it for fun quality time with family and friends.

It is a great house especially if you have a large family. The house is how it is shown in it’s photos, there is lots of space to relax, the neighborhood is quiet, and it provided a quiet place to unwind after an active day in the area. The host responded promptly to our inquiries and checking in was a breeze.

Had an absolute blast! This place felt so comfortable. Modern and gorgeous views of downtown. Although the bar across the street can be loud sometimes, the fresh air from the balcony was absolutely great! I loved the loft bedroom area, it made it seem as though it was a different secluded room completely. Thank you so much from booking this place to leaving. Great customer service and insanely clean! Where do I begin? The welcoming I felt from the time I walked up the steps to the main door made me feel comfortable. I opened the door to a very clean living area with candles lit, a beautiful cheese and fruit plate, a bottle of sparkling cider, and a welcome message from our hosts. I checked out the rest of the place to find all the amenities and then some. The bed was super comfortable, linens top notch. The bathroom was spotless and I loved the little night light that illuminated the sink. The bathrobes were such a nice touch. Really everything inside was perfect for my husband and I. The hot tub outside on the deck was a needed respite for me. My most favorite thing though, was standing at the kitchen sink, drinking my morning coffee and watching the finches, quail, doves, and squirrel eating at the feeder. Very relaxing place! Also loved seeing Violet relaxing in the sun. Thank you and we will definitely be back when we need to stay in Reno!

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

It was a great stay. Carol was very accommodating of my odd check-in and Check out situation. She made me feel right at home and was very responsive. I recommend this stay!

Great place and location , walking distance to the gym, food and bars. Natalie was awesome from beginning to end and kept in constant communication . Clean , comfortable and cozy space and will definitely be re-booking when I visit Reno in the future 🏞️

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Debra's instructions were thorough without being too wordy. I enjoyed my stay very much. I will stay there again in the future.

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

Elena and Dessi are amazing hosts. We had a very comfortable stay. The place was nicely located near skiing locales and a supermarket and restaurants. The home was very neat and cozy. Elena and Dessi are excellent at being highly communicative and resourceful. We will certainly recommend their home for long and short stays. Claudio made it super easy to get there, check in and not worry about anything except enjoy your time there. His house is well stocked with anything you might have forgotten and clear instructions on how to get there with screen shots, no way to get lost. Not to mention a binder with all questions and answers down to the little details such as "where can I find batteries". I really wish everyone ran their AirBnb as Claudio does, Excellent host, will definitely be back.

We have stayed at many Air BNB properties over the years, both at Incline Village and elsewhere and this one was top notch. We felt right at home and comfortable. Everything is exactly as pictured and super clean and the welcome bottle of wine, cheese platter, and water was an added bonus. The kitchen appliances and furniture were all in great working condition. As a host, Janet is very communicative and detail oriented. She made sure to send written instructions several times on where to unload the car, how to find the unit, where to park, etc. She even checked to see when we would arrive so that she would have the condo warmed to a comfortable temperature upon our arrival. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and a great home base for skiing at Diamond Peak.

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.

Great place to stay! 5 minute drive to Diamond Peak for skiing. Close to local restaurants. The condo was comfortable, cozy, and warm (we visited in the winter) with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you Janet and team!

What a wonderful and peaceful escape! Getting to the place was easy as instructions were clear. It’s very quiet and peaceful and the place is very clean. The hot tub and sauna added to serenity. Everything is walkable, 15 minutes to great restaurants and 15 minutes to the lake. Would absolutely come back again! Quite a gem.
