House was perfect for our needs! Quiet neighborhood with space for a group of 6. Squeaky clean and kitchen was ready with what you need to cook a full meal. Beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this house to those traveling to the area, we’ll be looking to book this property when we come back next year!

Overall we were very happy with the place. The warm floors were a nice touch coming back in from cold days of exploring. We had a little trouble with the hot water heater giving us error codes (twice) but fortunately the host was very responsive so it didn’t have that much of an impact on us. Just a friendly heads up that if you want to use the grill, you’ll need to bring your own propane. It’s a nice place and I would recommend staying there.

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have a place we could all stay at, since we had family coming in from out of town. The townhouse is lovely and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Nestled just far enough out of Anchorage to feel out of the city, but close enough to all the conveniences. Large enough driveway for my rig and trailer, doggies loved the heated tiles inside!!

Shawn is absolutely amazing!!! His place is very clean and gorgeous. He has everything you could possibly think of and he is so kind. I will definitely be staying at his place when we are back in town.

Rebecca's home was a great meeting place to gather for an evening of entertainment in the dark of winter. The hot tub had plenty of room for the 4 of us, and was a real highlight. A card table and folding chairs from the loft allowed us to comfortably play games. My bedroom on the middle floor was awesome - I had a small fan going and slept like a baby. (The top floor occupant reported the gusty winds made for a noisy night, as did the bottom floor with the furnace cycling on and off. So if it's windy, or the furnace is on, grab a fan out of one of the closets for some white noise if you are a light sleeper.)

Nice enough little studio for a quick stay in Wasilla. The only true issue we had is that there is a 6 inch drop from the doorway to the floor and nothing about it in the listing and no signs as you walk in the door. My daughter rolled her ankle going inside when we first arrived and we were in town for an ice skating competition. Luckily she was able to wrap it and still perform. The listing in fact stated that "there are no stairs, steps, or thresholds higher than 2 inches between the guest entrance and the room."

Perfect spot to relax; convenient to stores and restaurants and peaceful at the same time. John has a great space that is clean and welcoming. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Great place to stay! We visited from NJ to meet our 1st granddaughter and this was the perfect place. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Ryan was quick to respond when the wifi went out and that was our only incident if you’d even call it that. This looks just like the pics! The couch/pull out is so comfy and the tv is amazing for movie night! The kitchen had mostly everything we needed to make meals for the week. The shower pressure was perfect especially after traveling all day and hiking. There are other units in the building but it was very quiet. Highly recommend this spot in Eagle River! Also check out Thunderbird Falls, you won’t be disappointed

Loved staying here! Gorgeous views, easily accessible, quiet, and peaceful.

Apartment was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Brandy and her husband were friendly and answered any questions we had. The parking was right in front of the door which was great for my wife who walks with a cane. It was also nice being able to park under a carport which came in handy when it was raining the day we were loading our truck to leave.

I had a great stay at Meaghan's place. Be sure to note the section in Meaghan's description where she mentions that there are young children in the house above the apartment. If you are noise sensitive, this might not be the place for you as there was quite a bit of bumping going on during daytime hours, but that is to be expected with young kids in the house, possibly on a rainy day. In my case, I just popped in my ear buds and I was fine. :) The apartment was exactly what I needed, and it was nice to be able to do my laundry and to get cleaned up before heading back out on the road. Comfy bed, full kitchen, keypad access, good wifi, giant TV...everything you could wish for. Highly recommended!

Thank you for such a great little space. It was fun to check out all the little details and see how much work they put into the space. Super clean and while it was out of town just a tiny bit, was still super easy to find. We enjoyed our stay!
