Good location. Not far from most places we wanted to go. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for a large extended family group as we had. The downstairs with separate living area was a great addition.

We arrived much later than we had anticipated and Carl and his son were there to greet us. Carl showed us around the house and explained how to use the lights and appliances. He also had the refrigerator stocked with breakfast cereals, milk, bread, coffee, etc… Our dogs loved roaming the outdoors.

Ricky is an excellent host. Thorough directions were provided to assist in finding the BNB. Roxy the brown lab was quick to greet us as we made our arrival and was oh so sweet. The listing is a duplex as mentioned in the original post but is exactly as pictured with no disappointments. Everything was clean and the laminated documents in the kitchen and living room proved incredibly helpful in understanding how to operate the devices and gave appropriate suggestions for activities in the surrounding areas. Be sure to take the more well-traveled route on the way in as there is an option that includes some gravel roads and one lane passes. We would gladly stay again.

Carol was so easy to communicate with. The farmhouse is quaint and so very quiet and restful. Perfect for a mountain getaway.

We booked with Casey very last-minute when our scheduled Air BnB in the area turned out to be very different than described and couldn’t accommodate our group. We were in a huge bind, and Casey not only came to our rescue but was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and flexible. We loved the house! It was perfect for our group and close to Beech Mtn ski slope. The view is beautiful, the house is spacious and immaculate. We would definitely stay here again- and probably will!

5 STARS! All the reviews are true! Tanya’s home and surrounding land is beautiful. Her place is more than just a rental, it was an actual Experience, more like your own personal Bed and Breakfast. We enjoyed sleeping in a super comfortable bed, with the windows open, listening to the nighttime sounds of the mountains. Mornings were a definite highlight with amazing breakfasts. While Tanya is happy to prepare you breakfast and leave you to it, she is also happy to chat and answer any questions you may have. My husband and I really enjoyed our morning conversations with Tanya. Should you have the unfortunate need to work during your stay, there are plenty of different areas you can set up shop. The internet connection is good and I was able to log onto my VPN with no issues. All in all we loved our visit and will be back. Thanks so much Tanya!

This house and neighborhood are adorable, quiet and friendly. The town of Elizabethton is full of history! The beds in the house are very comfortable. Great value for a comfy stay.

The home was cozy and pet friendly. Loved the cottage furnishings. Theresa was a gracious host who checked on us when we got there to let us know if we needed anything to call her. Check in and out was simple and easy. Will definitely stay again.

Cindy was a delightful host. She was there to see to anything that had to be done. She was friendly and responsive. I couldn't have been more pleased.

We had a lovely time. The room was very cute and nice and clean. The next morning we were served a lovely breakfast on the porch facing the river. They even accommodated my husband's gluten allergy at breakfast, which we really appreciated. We'll certainly book again if we're in the area

Aaron's airbnb was an unparalleled experience. His wonderful home and superb hospitality were an amazing addition to our trip. We were in NC visiting family over the holidays and Aaron's farm was a peaceful getaway. To top it off the delicious meals he provided and even more scintillating conversations ensured that the next time we are in the area we will be coming back to his place to stay.
