We stayed here for one weekend and had a great stay. The house was clean, cozy, and in a great location for skiing at Beech Mountain!

The house was beautiful and clean. Brooke was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. She even ordered an electric griddle for us so we didn't have to bring one. One of the bedrooms listed had two twins instead of a king and the beds weren't the best. Additonally, there was only 1 shower (second bathroom had a tub) however we made do and still had a wonderful time :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. The beds are very cozy, and the location was fantastic! We loved being able to see the slopes from the back deck. We will definitely be booking this home again. Thank you for a great stay!

Came for a short weekend trip and it was absolutely as described! The place felt very clean and well taken care of. Host was very helpful and communicative and was willing to reasonably accommodate our worries of traveling during the winter storm that passed through the day of our check-in, luckily we ended up making it! I would absolutely visit this property again.

We absolutely loved this place as a get away for a couples’ weekend so much so that we are planning to return with our children this summer. It’s very homey and has everything you need to disconnect from things and relax. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect size and location for us. Truly at the base of Sugar Mountain Ski, very convenient for a ski getaway. Would be perfect other times of the year to visit Boone, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain.... Easy weekend or longer. Amenities at the house are convenient, in the kitchen and bathrooms. Will stay again if we visit the area.

We really did enjoy our stay here. It was tucked away and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing, we cooked over an open fire, we rented atvs and rode trails. My only downfall is it had a small sign we missed and it took us very long to find the entrance. When it rained it did come through the front (these were some heavy storms). The privacy was as private as it get these days. But the price with everything else costing day passes or extra money started to get steep by the end of our stay. But I will say the property owner was super polite and really tried everything to make our stay better which is all I could really ask for.

Super great place with beautiful views, everything was clean and worked. Would recommend staying here.

We had a blast staying at David’s this week! The Airbnb was gorgeous and felt luxury! The location was perfect for Beech Mountain skiing. We were so excited to experience SO MUCH SNOW! The games were a nice addition to our stay and we loved the hot tub. I called David for a question and he immediately responded. Absolutely wonderful experience! Would visit again and again!

This house was perfect for our group—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The location was great, offering access to the mountains (1h) while still being convenient for other activities. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
