We had a great stay!! Everything was just as described! Perfect distance to sugar and beech for skiing! We hope to be back soon!

A great location with almost immediate access to skiing and hiking trails! We didn’t use the amenities while there but did see many families enjoying them. A 15 minute ride to Boone and all that area offers was a plus. This was a quiet, corner location with a soothing view of a pond on the grounds out all of the windows. A good sized space to wind down after a full day of adventures!

If you are wanting something close to Sugar Mountain's slopes and ski rental, this is as good as it gets! It has a nice view of a lake as well. It is a nice looking unit!

Chris was an AMAZING host ! He was flexible! The place was clean and very comfortable! The fireplace was a cozy edition. The location was 2nd to none. I highly recommend this listing !

Excellent host and a great, convenient and well laid out apartment. Perfect for a couple and their dog! Centrally located in Boone. The weather wasn't great for us but we could envision having a nice afternoon cocktail on the front porch swing with the creek right there.

peaceful, beautiful with the creek right behind the house! House was clean and Tara was great and wasy to book and communicate with!

Extremely beautiful cabin and location. The view was amazing got to watch numerous deer feed in the field across the street from the balcony. Enjoyed listening to the river rushing by every day. Was able to experience snow the first day and even go to do a little sledding. Steve was very responsive to our questions and the cabin was peaceful and very clean. Great stay and will definitely be back in the future.

My husband and I stayed for a month at the house and absolutely loved it. It was peaceful and beautiful with the music of a rushing streamf filling the house everyday when we opened up the French doors. It was refreshing to see that the house actually matched all of the photos and the amenities that were listed. It was great to have a grocery store and a restaurant within 15 minutes of the house. we loved it so much. we're going to come back again next year.

The house was perfect for 2 familes kids ans/or teens. It was clean, well stocked and the perfect location in Beech Mountain. Karyn and Steve were quick to respond to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this house.

This Beautiful Treehouse Home had amazing views and lots of room for the whole family:) We loved the hot tub , grill games and ping pong!!! We can’t wait to visit again :)

The place was bigger actually more spacious in person than in the picture. Very clean and comfy! The entire house was spotless! It was nice being able to sit on one of the back or side porches to watch and listen to the creek! The area was safe feeling as well. Me and my husband booked for our anniversary and it was so perfect, we are planning to book again soon to bring our son with us. There is also many shopping areas and dining areas so close. Amazing Hosts and super quick to response.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Loved how close the Ski lodge and lifts were. Loved having a bathroom in every room. The only thing that it needed was maybe a booklet of things to do and and instructions on place, some older ppl like a hard copy!!!

We loved Serenity. It was the perfect place for my son and I for 4 days of skiing. It is really close to the base of Sugar Mtn too. I’d recommend doing car drop off if you’re carrying skis and in boots. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We had a blast!

My stay at the 4BR Villa in Banner Elk was absolutely delightful! The villa was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect getaway spot for relaxation and enjoying the beauty of the mountains. Would highly recommend it for families or groups looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the convenience of being just a short walk from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Jade was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Loved this rustic creekside condo. It was beautiful inside and out. Everything you needed was there. The deck outside to relax and listen to the creek was so nice. We would definitely stay here again!
