This was my first time staying at an Air BNB, I gave used Vrbo in the past, but I looked on AirBNB for this trip and found this location. I can’t describe how wonderful it was, every detail was considered, extra blankets, plenty of linens, disposable plates and cups…. And everything is labeled! No turning on 12 lights to find the right one! And really nice personal touches, a personal message on a white board, chilled bottled water, mints, popcorn….. and we were able to meet the hosts, and they were so incredibly nice, and welcoming. We really hope to come back and stay again soon. Thank you so much for making our first experience a great one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. Great location. Nothing we needed was more than 15-30 minutes away even though some destinations were in other towns. Condo was clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much.

A great location with almost immediate access to skiing and hiking trails! We didn’t use the amenities while there but did see many families enjoying them. A 15 minute ride to Boone and all that area offers was a plus. This was a quiet, corner location with a soothing view of a pond on the grounds out all of the windows. A good sized space to wind down after a full day of adventures!

Nice quit place with a great view

Excellent host and a great, convenient and well laid out apartment. Perfect for a couple and their dog! Centrally located in Boone. The weather wasn't great for us but we could envision having a nice afternoon cocktail on the front porch swing with the creek right there.

I had a lovely two week stay at Eliber's listing. Everything was exactly as described. It is very close to downtown Burnsville and easy access to the main road but also quiet enough that deer were in the yard. Eliber was very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly.

Kerry's Farm at When Pigs Fly was the perfect place to hide away on our trip to Burnsville. The Cottage House was clean, cool, and comfy, and a perfect match to the description and pictures. Kerry was a delightful hostess and super responsive. When Tropical Storm Debby delayed our ability to travel, she allowed us to push back our reservation rather than losing a night's stay. Our trip aligned with the peak of the Perseids meteor shower, and Kerry's camping chairs were perfect for viewing the show in the dark night sky! We made sure to take our coffee outside to enjoy the sites and sounds of the river. If I'd had more time, I would have spent a day reading a book in the loft. All in all, this was a great space to chill, and Kerry's cool vibe made it so easy to enjoy our visit. Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful house and location

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the front yard for all day sledding! The house was spacious - perfect for our four families! Most importantly, the hosts were super friendly and responsive to any questions we had! We will definitely be back to enjoy the river in the summer!!

This was our second stay at this cabin and, just like the first time, everything was great. The cabin is gorgeous and well-stocked, and the hosts are kind and very responsive!

Another great Winter stay at Got Rocks! We’ve stayed here many times before and we’ve always enjoyed the proximity to the things we enjoy nearby such as skiing, wineries, groceries, restaurants, etc. there is lots of space to spread out, and everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals whenever we wanted. Thanks again Wesley for letting us use your place!

Extremely beautiful cabin and location. The view was amazing got to watch numerous deer feed in the field across the street from the balcony. Enjoyed listening to the river rushing by every day. Was able to experience snow the first day and even go to do a little sledding. Steve was very responsive to our questions and the cabin was peaceful and very clean. Great stay and will definitely be back in the future.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and situated by the river, with stunning views and a quiet, serene atmosphere. We especially loved the spacious, fenced yard which was perfect for our dogs to play safely, making the property truly dog-friendly. The porch and patio areas by the river are great for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The street in front of the house was quiet and the bathrooms are definitely a highlight of the house. Angel is incredibly kind and communicative, and made sure we felt welcome and attended to throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. This house is a true gem for pet owners and anyone looking to unwind by the river. Highly recommended!

Renee's place was a gorgeous haven in Johnson City during our time at the National Storytelling Festival--the home away from home, with a stunning lake, exactly what we needed. Everything was exactly as advertised, only a 20 minute winding drive from Jonesborough, but you never wanted to leave when you saw the sun meet the horizon and reflect across that glassy water. Thanks so much, Renee, we had such a wonderful time revisiting Appalachia.

We needed a few nights stay in Johnson City for a beauty pageant . This was a great place to stay and close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again !

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Loved how close the Ski lodge and lifts were. Loved having a bathroom in every room. The only thing that it needed was maybe a booklet of things to do and and instructions on place, some older ppl like a hard copy!!!

Stayed here for a weekend softball tournament in Johnson City. Location was fantastic and the neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The unit was clean and tidy and there were tons of amenities available for us. The beds were comfy and the house felt like home. Would stay again!!

I was visiting my son and his family for the holidays and was looking for a great place to stay. Eric's condo was not only clean, it was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed. It had three TVs, all equipped with Roku TV. I was able to watch local programs as well as those from back home. The Internet was fast and flawless. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for walking. To say the least, Eric's place not only fulfilled, but exceeded my expectations.

Had a fantastic time and being with in walking distance of everything is very helpful especially during the high traffic times of the day.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the convenience of being just a short walk from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Jade was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Our family had an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely be back!
