You cannot beat the views! This place is phenomenal, and we’d love to stay here again. Short drive to multiple beaches. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view of the island was amazing. I think it was the the best view we have ever had at an Air BNB. Delano and Beige were very helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Gene while he cleaned the pool everyday. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Our room had everything we needed and more, including beach and snorkeling gear. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Thomas!

Stacie and Mark were fantastic hosts! It was our first time to the island and we appreciated the advice and recommendations they shared with us. The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! It provided everything we needed for the beach and for cooking meals at home - grilling steaks on the patio and enjoying the view. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend NorthSide. :-)

Loved this place! Close to the airport, beautiful view, hosts were helpful and very responsive. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The pool was pretty cold because it is covered however we didn’t plan on using it much. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Tristen was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. Her property manager was also incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The views from the property are unmatched—panoramic sights of the Virgin Islands that left us speechless every single day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our group of 9 had more than enough space. Each bedroom offered plenty of privacy, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! It truly felt like our own private paradise. We would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in St. Thomas. Highly recommend!

Very responsive Host, with an amazing place. Super friendly and helpful and being so close to magens beach and a good breakfast spot at sibs made it worth it. Even helped us navigate the unique way locals use adresses was very helpful by providing us with information weeks in advance its going ti be really hard to get better than this.

We stayed with our sons and families, 10 in total, with a 2 and 1 year old. Norman was very helpful in communicating what was available for the little ones and having crib and pack & play set up. We had two levels of house that could be rented separately but we had both connected by outside stairs. We had enough kitchen cookware and utensils to cook breakfast and dinners at the house. The balcony had comfortable furniture and looks out over Magen Bay, which is beautiful. The house was large with lots of room. Living area had comfortable couch for evening family time. The pool wasn’t heated so was a bit chilly but it was December and sun wasn’t hitting it due to its low position in the sky. The hot tub was nice since we could keep it a bit cooler and kids played in it. Location is not walkable but everything was within a quick drive. The house is older but they have updated it and we had no issues. Appliances are newer. Driveway is steep but manageable. Good value for space and pool.

The host was very helpful and most accommodating. Be prepared, cause the GPS isn't always correct. There were a few minor issues. The crank on one of the windows was off and the window was open. The shower curtain slid down. The host had someone there within an hour or so to fix those minor issues. If you're under 5 foot 5 inches tall, don't expect to be able to see in the bathroom mirror. The washing machine was loud. My sister and brother in law washed there clothes before they left with no issues. I had delicates, and choose to wait until I got home to do laundry. I use a walker, and the location is handicapped accessible, but I did suggest to the host would be nice if they installed a grab bar in the shower. As an adult, I don't mind sleeping in a twin bed, but they weren't the most comfortable. Overall, It was a wonderful stay. I called with questions and concerns, but the host was most gracious. We had a wonderful stay at our Airbnb! The view was spectacular! We saw cruise ships coming & going…..The house suited our needs for the accommodations we were looking for. We didn’t need the AC. It was cool up in the mountains and close to the best banana daiquiris at the Mountain Top…The kitchen was equipped for our cooking needs as well as a bbq…. There was also an herb garden available to use for our traditional recipes…..Our host was very responsive to all our needs & was always quick with an response. She was a wonderful resource as well. Jenny was the friendly face upon check in that gave us information about the house details . Overall a relaxing stay once we got the driving on the left down & navigating the roads with GPS.

Tucked away peacefully, with an extraordinary view of the island, this home is an oasis. The pictures & descriptions are accurate but don't provide it enough justice. Everything is provided including condiments, toiletries, sunscreen, wifi, directions, even a book of local activities & eateries. Although the home is delightful the true gem is Kendra. She is always ready & willing to assist with a pleasant demeanor. The price point is also amazing for the quality of the hospitality. FYI I'd suggest renting a vehicle. Overall an exceptional time was spent here worry free & have every intention of returning.

Bill and Linda’s place is a hideaway in paradise! We loved our week on Water Island and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Bill met us at the ferry and gift-carted our luggage to the villa, then gave us a personal tour of the accommodations. We felt so lucky to be there.

Everyone raves about the view - and I thought "ok, ok, so it's a nice view" - and then I saw it: Yup, the view is spectacular! It is difficult to find the first time, but after you confirm your reservation Nydia will send you step-by-step instructions on how to get there that is quite helpful. Nydia is communicative, and she has a friend on site that can help with anything you physically need at the apartment.

This place is GREAT. Owners are responsive, view is AMAZING, everything we did was about 20 min away. Locals are friendly, private pool at the house is a plus. Plenty of room with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. Christmas in the islands was the BEST! We rented a car so it was very convenient to stroll around town. Easy to use Google maps with their pinpoint location. Friendly rooster that hangs out there too we enjoyed watching him eat. We named him Clark Waters. !! We are already looking forward to coming back to the island. Highly recommend having your own vehicle, and trying out the local cuisine. Stay away from Lanai restaurant (service was slow and food awful). Sea salt on Sapphire beach is a terrific high end restaurant (our favorite). Linguistics Beach was our favorite. Clear water, soft sand and swam with a stingray and sea turtle! Recommend parasailing and swimming with a dolphin at Coral World. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you!! ENJOY

Fantastic stay with Janice and Warren!! The beautiful surrounds of trees were perfect habitat for the iguanas and my grand kids had a blast watching them!

Everything was just perfect! Every attention to detail was made in decoration and creating a warm experience!

Sonya was an amazing host and incredibly accommodating. The location was central, to the majority of activities we did, the view was amazing, and the place was impeccable. Definitely plan on staying here again.

The space was clean and had all the comforts of home. It was clear that the host thought through numerous little ways to accommodate guests (laundry pods, first aid kit, pizza cutter, etc) I rented this for four adults for a work trip. There was sufficient space and lounging areas that no one felt crowded. WiFi was fast and reliable. This also had outdoor seating for enjoying a coffee on the patio and watching the sunrise. You will need a car to get to the nearest dining and shopping areas, about 10 minutes away. It was freshly renovated and safe, although it does look like there is construction in the homes nearby. Would rent again if in the area.

Jackie was a phenomenal host! She was a big help when we got lost trying to arrive to check in (which was not her fault) she was quick & responsive navigating us back on track lol that was a huge help, really appreciated it. The home was breathtaking! Beautiful color schemes, coziness/intimate feel while having that island vibe was nothing short of wonderful! Nearby restaurants, bars, activities, etc. within walking distance. Thank you Jackie for hosting my family & I on my bday trip. I would definitely book again!!

Our stay at Kings Lighthouse was everything we needed and wanted it to be..Conveniently located near Vigillio's restaurant and Glady's Cafe (where you will find the best homemade Caribbean food on the Island) and the Synagogue where my daughter was wed,made it absolutely perfect! All of this combined with its clean historic beauty made for a memorable trip that we.will treasure for years to come .

We had the most incredible week at this beautiful villa to celebrate my parents’ birthdays. As they usually stay in a similar home in the woods of Pennsylvania, this ocean-side escape was their dream come true. The views were absolutely breathtaking—beyond what we could’ve expected, even from the pictures! The house itself is clearly designed with so much love, and every detail, from the open concept to the thoughtful touches, made it feel like home. It was peaceful, serene, and such a special experience. We are beyond grateful for this stay and the warm hospitality from the hosts. Thank you for making this celebration unforgettable!

My family and I stayed at Beth’s place for 5 days, the view was beautiful and the location was convenient. Gated community felt safe and easy parking. Had all the amenities needed, including beach floaties for the kids, beach towels/chairs/ snorkel gear! Such a lovely stay at Beth’s place. Beth was communicative, gave local recommendations and always friendly!

Geraldine has been our best host ever. She’s very thoughtful with what she has available. We made suggestions, and the next day we’d have that suggestion on our porch. Thanks Geraldine. It was Great!
