Location Location Location! This place was great in terms of it’s proximity to everything such as restaurants, bars, local transportation, and even the cruise dock for transport to ST Croix - AND the seaplane dock! The airport is a 15 minute $15-20 taxi ride away. In fact, you do not need to rent a car if you stay here! There are $2 “Safari Taxis” that run (but no set schedule) and they can take you anywhere but the “North Side” beaches, which are a taxi ride away. Taxis are plentiful, and the hosts can recommend one who was very dependable The view is spectacular from The huge patio. If you walk up the church step next to Island Times, the view is even better. The two bedrooms were perfect for my friend and I. I felt like a “local” after being in “Frenchtown” for a week. Be aware however, this is an older property. If things like older windows, uneven walkways, smallish bedrooms, or imperfect floors bother you, it may not be for you. I would definitely return!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Airbnb! The location is perfect, close to town and to most of the attractions and beaches, with one in waking distance! The condo itself is stunning and very homey, it was clean, cozy and modern with everything at your fingertips! The views from the unit were stunning, I ended up extending my stay because it was all too perfect, extremely peaceful with gorgeous ocean and mountain views, truly an island getaway! Would highly recommend!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and responsive, which made everything really easy and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

This was our second year in a row at this incredible home, and we adore it. The views are unbeatable, and morning coffee on the patio is pure heaven. The house has everything we need, and Erin, the manager, is responsive, proactive, and a joy to work with. We cooked most meals, stopping at the grocery store when we landed in STT. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we did enjoy a Friday night dinner and amazing fish tacos at Heidi’s Hilltop Grill. TIP: Our first year, we rented a golf cart from Rachel’s, which was great. The second year, we walked everywhere—and wow, did we get our steps in! Easily 10K+ a day between morning walks and beach time. Honeymoon Beach is less then 10 minutes downhill, but uphill on the way back. If you’re looking to tone your calves, this is the place—our neighbors thought we were nuts! The Beach is absolutely pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. Drinks and food at Dinghy’s make it even better. This is THE place to stay on Water Island!

The two bedroom condo was amazing! We cooked breakfast, so we enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai were beautiful! We loved the pool and the activities there. The beachfront location of the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time in St. Thomas and would definitely rent from Chris and his team again!

Great location. Every morning I had my breakfast on the balcony and enjoyed the view. You get to view the water, mountains, the local town, and boats coming in all at the same time, it was refreshing. Added bonus is that I've never had a host provide transportation from the airport. It really removed the anxiety of getting a cab, finding the location ect. Great start to an awesome vacation. I did travel alone and at no time did I feel unsafe or anyone bothering me. The neighbors are all welcoming, even peanut came around in the evenings to relax. Other Pros: - There are Restruants in Frenchtown, 5 minute walk - 15 Minute walk to Charlotte , more Restruants, bars and stores - Brewers beach is amazing. You can catch the safari for $2 - Coki beach was amazing. It's about a 25 min ride on the Safari, then a 10 walk to the location. Go to Seatec while your in the area. - The location has all essential items, plates, bowls and water (another uncommon plus) - Beach towels and other items

We had a wonderful time at Larik’s place in Frenchtown! We ate almost exclusively at restaurants in Frenchtown and really enjoyed the flavor of the neighborhood, which frequently included the sounds of an evening baseball game. The view of the harbor was gorgeous and the many large windows made you feel a part of it wherever you were in the apartment. Perched on the hillside, we had many close neighbors, but the angle of the property made it very private at the same time. You do hear the sounds of Charlotte Amalie around you, but that is to be expected when staying in town. We did not rent a car and that worked fine for us. Everything we needed was available within a half mile walk or so and we used the Safari Bus ($2 rides) and an occasional taxi to get to the beaches. And, the ferry to St John was a short walk away! All-n-all, a great vacation! Thanks Larik!

Shibusa at Shibui is truly a stay like no other. We spent 11 days at Diane & Dorothee's place and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and serenity that their cottage offered. Plenty of space to unwind. Kitchen is well stocked, bed was comfy, huge amount of closets (with hangers!) and the bathroom is just fun (look at the pics!). Would happily return to enjoy not just the property but their delightful hospitality. Thank you both for an amazing stay!
