The condo was the perfect private getaway - conveniently located walking distance to beautiful Sapphire Beach and close to the ferry and many shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy, and our hosts responded very quickly to questions, which added to ensuring that all we had to focus on was enjoying the condo and its proximity to all the island had to offer. The condo was also stocked with many kitchen, bath, and activity goods and supplies; we particularly enjoyed using the snorkel gear and beach chairs and mats. We look forward to returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending friends to visit as well.

After being Double booked at another property, we found Jules! We are so happy we did and were thrilled! The property is beautiful! And the views are even better. We stayed in the Master Suite,the views were breathtaking as we looked on towards St John’s. The main town near by was “Red Hook” where there were so many options for restaurants and shops. Local beaches are just a short drive away. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nautilus villa! The pictures do NOT do this place justice!! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and it's stocked with everything you need from snorkel gear, beach chairs, floats, and of course all the kitchenware you need for some at home cooking. The location is near the Westin and a short ride into town. We loved all that St John had to offer, and it was too much to fit into one week! David is the best host I've ever had the pleasure of having! He had a car available to rent which made things super convenient. We were able to take the passenger ferry from the airport directly to St John without the hassle of the car ferry. He was proactive with his communication, relayed great instructions, and really made the trip just that much more enjoyable. Would we stay here again? 10/10

Wonderful stay. The house didn’t have hot water and it was fixed immediately when I reached out to the co host. Amazing views and the house was so much better than the pictures! Highly recommend!!!

Our stay at L'Isle Amour was perfect for our 20th Anniversary/makeup Honeymoon! The inside living area/kitchen was inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed plus items that would have been handy if we cooked more but we ate out a lot. The bar area was great for eating and planning our days and the lounge area was great for hanging out after a long day of exploring. We didn't watch much TV but there were plenty of channels to choose from. The upstairs bedroom provided plenty of closet/drawer space. The bed was comfy and provided amazing views in the morning. The AC cooled off the upstairs pretty quickly, only used it once, the windows and fans allowed for great breezes and the entire place stayed comfy for our stay. There were plenty of towels provided for showering, poolside and beach visits. The decks provided great views and we watched birds and iguanas with our binoculars. The pool & area were amazing! We will be back!!

Exactly as advertised, host was very receptive. One bonus not really mentioned is how close the market is for coffee and anything you’ll need. Kids loved seeing the Iguanas at the tree each morning.

My husband and I stayed at Clifftop Villa for a month, and it was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and stunning views, just like the photos. There were plenty of beach/bath towels and the kitchen had everything we needed - we cooked dinners for most of the month we were there. The washer and dryer were the nicest we've used at any rental, and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. It was a very peaceful setting with lots of birds and the occasional iguana. The villa is very centrally located, so it's just a short drive to almost anywhere else on the island. We really enjoyed going to Limetree and Iggie's, which were both just down the hill from the villa. The two roads to the villa are not in the best shape, but we had a jeep which made the drive much easier. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for another month!

A little off the beaten path but a great place to stay! Can still get all the way across the island in less than 30 minutes.

We had a wonderful time at house . Great great porch , Trevor was very helpful it getting us to house . We did rent a car and it was great to get around town .

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

The home is stunning. The Views are amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. My whole group loved every minute of our trip at the house and St. Thomas as a whole. This is paradise, simply put.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in St. John, Just Peachy is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Melissa, for making our trip so special!

Cant recommend this place highly enough! Zack is extremely friendly and very responsive. The space is amazingly decorated and spacious. We spent a lovely evening exploring the bookshelf, playing the guitar and admiring the artwork. Beds were very comfortable and spotless. The shower stole the show--huge walking with two rainfall heads and comfy robes for all of us when we got out. Would love to stay here again when we are in town.

We had a great stay at Eureka. The home was extremely nice, clean, and very well appointed. Elise was also amazing. Not only did she meet us as we got our Jeep rental to lead us to the house, but she was continually trying to make our stay better. From making sure we had kids sizes for snorkel gear to having the generator running before we even knew there was a power outage. The view and privacy of the home we also fantastic. We will definitely be back and for much longer than a week next time.

Incredible views, exactly as shown in the pictures. A very enjoyable part of our stay was the pleasant company of Rollito, the dog who warmly welcomed us into the home upon arrival. Francis was professional and responsive to messages.

This place was absolutely amazing! The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking. The house was as described and the hosts were very helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Having a pool with those views to come home to every night was incredible. Every question we had was answered before we even had to ask. If you have any questions about the island, they have the answer. We loved how the house was centrally located. It was a short drive to Coral Bay, and it was easy to get to Cruz Bay as well. If you take the scenic North route, you’re just minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! I would recommend a four wheel drive vehicle for the island. We spent the entire vacation exploring the island, and we still didn’t get to everything wanted. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for sharing this beautiful home!

What a beautiful home! It’s hard to even describe the view. It’s so, so beautiful! Greta location, central to everything we needed access to. The onsite restaurants were great and everyone we met was so kind. The owners were great and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This home is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning and the location is unbeatable! We will definitely be staying here again! Hosts were very responsive and anticipated every need, we have zero complaints and had the best vacation! It’s nice being walkable for Redhook with the best restaurants minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Views from every room are amazing. Located in a nice area, conveniently located near Red Hook, where you will find restaurants & the ferry to St John. We rented a Jeep (highly recommend) and went to a different beach every day. The only concern was that the sliding doors didn’t lock which would’ve been a problem if we had younger children with us & was a little unsettling the first night but he host is aware and already has plans to fix them.

Condo was very nice, well equipped, nice pool with very central location to restaurants and shops. We had 2 minor glitches but both were resolved quickly.

A positive experience from start to end. When looking for a villa, this place checked all the boxes. All the reviews were 5s and I must agree. I give it 5 and want to Thank them for sharing their little piece of heaven. We'll be back.

Our stay at VillaSol was great. We loved everything about this Villa and would certainly stay here again. The property has its own private entrance, pool, and good views - which were all a plus! Check-in process was smooth and got a tour of the Villa to get familiar where things are that you may need. The area we stayed in was close to some good beaches and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and will be staying here again when we return to the USVI.
